I invite you to get into a comfortable spot and settle in. Take a few slow, deliberate, deep breaths in and out. Unclench any muscles in your face, torso, arms and legs and settle in deeper. Allow yourself to drift into a long and restful sleep as the sound of the ocean waves fill you with a sense of peace and stillness. Nature's perfect melody.
