Get into a comfortable position,
Settle in and allow yourself to be at ease.
Notice your breath,
Whatever pattern of breathing is natural for you right now,
Just spend a few moments being aware of it.
As I say these affirmations,
Just allow them to float over you,
To just flow in the air.

Go ahead and repeat them to yourself or out loud.
