Sometimes it isn't always easy to have a positive relationship with food; the way we think about it, the amount we eat, the times that we eat, feeling guilty about what we eat, and so on. However, food is a beautiful gift for us to enjoy, savor and appreciate! When we begin to be mindful of what and when we eat, when we begin to feel gratitude for all things, including food, our relationship with food can be positive, nourishing and pleasant! We all deserve to enjoy the food we eat, and feel good about our choices. Join me in these affirmations, and begin to appreciate your relationship with food!
