These gentle affirmations will hopefully help you to relax and drift into a pleasant and deep night of sleep. No need to repeat them after me, you can simply listen and allow the words to be in your space; or, if you'd like to repeat them a time or two, and then listen, whatever feels best for you, please feel free to do that.
