Now let's take a moment to connect with our breath.
Pay attention to breathing in and breathing out.
Notice how when you bring awareness to your breath,
It tends to slow down.
Feel your body.
Feel your body sinking deep into the surface beneath it and all of your muscles soften and relax and become so still.
As you are in this moment,
You can be assured that this moment is all that matters.
You can let any worries,
Anger,
Frustration,
Any uncomfortable conversations that may have taken place earlier in the day have no meaning at this moment.
Those feelings or emotions,
They are gone.
In this moment,
You are here,
Still,
Relaxed,
Calm,
At peace and breathing.
This moment is powerful.
In this moment,
You are alive,
You are safe,
You are loved,
You are supported.
You have the power to make choices.
Let's be mindful of the present moment.
Really be here now and savor what this moment is.
Tomorrow will take care of itself.
Let's be mindful of the present moment.
Let's come back to our breath.
Connect with it.
When you feel ready,
You can slowly come back to awareness of the space around you and your body.
Wiggle around or stretch and then slowly open your eyes.
