Affirmations are words or phrases, repeated either silently or out loud, that can alter the way you think about yourself and your life, and help to turn negative thought patterns into positive ones. A few of the benefits of doing affirmations daily include; boost self-esteem, relieving stress, motivation, self-love, and pain relief. Affirmations are easy! I encourage you to do them often!
