A few of the benefits of doing affirmations daily include; boost self-esteem, relieving stress, motivation, self-love, and pain relief. Affirmations are easy! I encourage you to do them often!

I invite you to find a space where you can be comfortable and either sit or lie down.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a long deep breath in and exhale all the way out through the ends of your feet.

And again,

A long deep breath in and exhale all the way out through the ends of your feet.

Let your breathing become easy,

Natural and unforced.

Repeat these affirmations either to yourself or out loud.

I let go of worries from the day.

My breathing is deep and calm.

I release all fear.

I let go of what I cannot change.

I trust the process of life.

I have the power within me to be at ease and feel calm.

I choose to focus on happy experiences.

I choose to focus on what I am grateful for.

I have a lot to be grateful for.

I deserve peace and joy.

I am loved and supported.

I am at peace at this moment.

I am relaxed.

I deserve to feel good.

I am calm throughout my whole day.

I love myself.

All is well in my world.

And so it is.
