Let's take a few short moments to be quiet and still.
Just alone with our breath.
Either sitting or lying down in whatever space you happen to find yourself in.
Let your body sink in and settle to become heavy.
Allow your forehead and face muscles to relax.
And now your shoulders.
And now your arms and hands relaxed and still.
And your stomach and back.
And your legs and feet,
Heavy and still.
Everything is relaxed and heavy and still.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And a long heavy sigh out through your mouth.
And again,
Inhale deeply and a heavy sigh out through your mouth.
And now just allow your breath to find its own pattern without thinking about it or manipulating it in any certain way.
Just be in your space.
This is exactly where you are supposed to be right now.
