Take a nice deep breath in all the way down to the belly.
And slowly exhale.
Nice deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Last one,
Deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Relax the breath,
Keeping it low in the belly.
Allow yourself to return to that nice natural rhythm,
That flow of breath just like an ocean wave where the breath comes in,
The tide comes in,
Breath goes out,
Tide goes out.
Go ahead and relax your shoulders.
Feel that relaxation move down your arms all the way to the ends of your fingers.
Feel that breath.
Feel the body in release,
Allowing you,
Taking you to a deeper relaxed state and preparing you for meditation.
We're going to begin today's meditation by visualizing ourselves someplace outdoors,
Place we're familiar with,
Place we feel safe.
I want you to begin visualizing by feeling yourself standing on the ground,
Anchored there,
Connected to the earth,
Feeling the ground under your feet.
Then raise your awareness in the space around you,
Allowing the details to gradually come into focus.
Now,
In this space,
I want you to take a seat.
Maybe it's under a tree or in the middle of a grassy field.
I just want you to sit.
Feel that breath moving through your body.
Feel yourself connected to the earth.
Simply be present in this place.
You're going to have a visitor today,
Someone that's going to help you release some things that are built up into your body,
Wound tight around those chakras.
We're going to help to unwind them and release them into a fire today and bringing that fire into our bellies to move and burn the rest of it away,
Shift us a bit.
So as you're sitting here in this space,
Your guest comes and sits across from you.
For some of you,
This guest is going to look an awful lot like yourself.
And for others,
It will be someone completely different.
Don't try to change the image of the person sitting across from you.
Just allow it to be who it needs to be.
And as they sit across from you and come into focus,
Just keep breathing.
The more relaxed you are,
The more connected to the earth and this place that you're seeing,
The easier the messages will flow.
So I want you to ask your guest why they've come.
They've brought you here.
Now I want you to ask them where in your body you need to release energy in order to accept what needs to come forward for you.
Now I want you to ask them where in your body you need to release energy in order to accept what needs to come forward for you.
Now I want you two of you to stand together.
As you do I want you to notice the fire,
Ring of fire that's burning nearby.
Walk to the fire.
And I want you to kneel next to the fire.
The area of the body that your guests pointed out,
I want you to place your hands there.
As you're kneeling in front of this fire,
I want you to pull at your body and pull out the darkness,
The heaviness,
The attachments that are connected to your body and place them in the fire.
I want you to keep pulling at your body until all of that heaviness is gone and released into the fire.
Some of you might see sort of black tar coming out of your body as you pull it and place it into the fire.
I want you to breathe with both hands and Tweet byone you you Next I want you to reach your hands out over the fire Scooping it up and pulling it into your body Pulling it into your body in the place where you just removed all that heaviness You may want to do this a couple of times just pull that fire into your body Letting that fire fill you and burn up anything left in the inside Now I want you to take a deep breath all the way down to your belly and exhale it Blowing out the rest that's been burned up,
Releasing it from your body If you feel you need to do it again,
Do it again.
Deep breath in,
Release Go ahead and sit back from the fire Your guest still next to you is going to share something with you It's an exchange of wants and needs I want you to express to your guest something that you want Something that you want to bring into your life Something you feel that you need,
Something that you desire In return,
Your guest is going to express to you what you need I'm gonna give you some time for that exchange I'll call you back when it's time to go I'm gonna give you some time for that exchange.
