Hello and welcome to my daily meditation.

My name is Jill and I do a live broadcast of my meditation every day on an app called Periscope and this is the audio version of that meditation.

So today's meditation was a chakra balancer but it wasn't your typical chakra balancer.

We used one of the elements around us to pull into our bodies,

Into those chakras,

Cleanse and open.

Now depending on what it is that we really need,

The element might be different for each of us and I've left a little bit of that synopsis at the end of the meditation at the end of this meditation.

So I've kept some of the audio for my broadcast explaining what that might mean at the end of this meditation but I'm not going to tell you beforehand because I don't want to implant anything.

Now after the meditation we're in this place that we know and feeling comfortable by it and in it and grounded and then there's something that's going to be out of place that we're going to see.

Now the process of looking at something like that is that you're very relaxed,

Your mind and body are open and then you're seeing something that you need to see for whatever reason.

So take the whole meditation in context when we're looking at that thing that comes into play so that we're not just looking at as a singular object that's in the meditation.

We want to look at everything that happened during the meditation,

The element that we brought in,

The place that we started in,

How we felt at the end of it and then this thing that's out of place,

What it what it means in life or in the process of meditation.

So as always I hope it brings you a sense of peace centeredness and wholeness.

All my best.

Let's go and get started.

Go ahead take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Last one,

Deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Go ahead and regulate your breath.

Bring it back nice and even.

Feel that flow of breath in the body just like an ocean wave.

Breath comes in,

Tide comes in,

Breath goes out,

Tide goes out.

Relax the shoulders,

Feel that tension release,

Feel that relaxation move down the arms all the way to the tips of your fingers and that breath moving through the body nice and even.

There's no rush,

There's nowhere else you need to be as nice and relaxed.

Beautiful breath.

Where are we going to begin?

In a place in nature,

Place that we're familiar with,

Place outside that makes us happy,

Whole and complete.

You visualize yourself there,

I want you to look down at your feet.

Feel your feet on the ground.

This gives you a direct sense of connection,

Belonging and anchoring in this place.

We're going to use the elements today to open and expand our chakras and do a balancer.

When you visualize this place,

You might be standing on dirt or sand,

You might be near a stream of water,

You could be standing next to a fire as if you're camping around the woods.

You could be feeling the wind move across your skin.

One of these elements we're going to use to bring into our bodies,

Cleanse,

Open our chakras.

You'll know what you need to use.

We'll begin with the root,

But starting at our feet.

So the element that you've chosen,

I want you to scoop it up into your hands.

One hand on each foot,

I want you to bring it to your feet and move it up your legs,

Absorbing this element into your body.

Bring it up your legs,

Till you reach your hips.

Feel that element absorb into the body,

Truly connecting you to the earth.

I want you to repeat this,

Scooping up this element,

Whether it's earth,

Wind,

Fire,

Air,

Water.

Bring it into your sacral,

Into your pelvis,

Feeling that element connect with your body,

Absorb into you,

And move with that chakra.

Feeling that chakra spin and begin to expand,

Opening the body.

So it's moving in a large circle,

Spiraling and expanding,

And opening up.

We're going to repeat again,

Scooping up that element,

Bringing it into the belly,

Into our solar plexus,

Feeling it absorb into our bodies,

Almost ignite that chakra from within,

As it begins to spin.

As it's infused with that element,

Begins to expand open and outward.

The breath staying nice and even in the body.

We scoop up the next element and bring it into our heart center,

Feeling it merge with our own,

Expand open,

Beginning to spiral,

Move faster,

Expand out all the way to our shoulders.

This place around you might be becoming clearer to you,

Feeling more connected,

More you open yourself up,

Feel that really intentional grounding all the way into the earth.

Next,

I want you to bring that element into your throat,

Feeling it absorb into the body,

Into this balancer of truth within you really.

Feel that chakra spiral and open as that element absorbs into that chakra,

Keeping that breath nice and even through the body,

Body relaxed.

Next,

We're moving into the third eye,

Scoop up that element and bring it directly into the third eye,

Feeling it absorb into the body,

Into that chakra,

Begin to spiral and expand open.

Lastly,

Bringing that element into your crown at the top of the head,

Allowing the element to wash down your body all the way to your feet.

This surrounds the body almost like a protective layer and it opens the crown spiraling in and expanding upwards outside of the body,

Connecting you to that higher awareness.

Nice and open,

Connected to the earth,

Connected to that higher awareness,

I'm going to give you a few moments just to feel that breath moving in and out of the body,

Body's relaxed,

I'll call you back when it's time.

Nice and open,

Connected to the earth,

I'm going to give you a few moments just to feel that breath moving in and out of the body,

Body's relaxed,

I'll call you back when it's time.

Now as you're feeling connected to this place that you're in,

This place you know so well,

I want you to take a look around,

Identify the thing that's new to you,

You've never seen before,

Or the thing that looks out of place,

You'll recognize it right away.

There's nothing you need to decipher about it,

Just notice that it's there.

Often these things come from our subconscious to give us a little hints,

Show us a way.

Now you take one last look around at this place,

Once again feel your feet firmly on the ground,

Take a nice deep breath in,

And slowly exhale.

Bring your hands in the heart center,

Take a nice deep breath in,

And slowly exhale.

Take the moment for self-reflection,

Gratitude,

Affirmation,

Whatever you need.

When you're ready open your eyes,

And come back.

Well I hope you enjoyed today's meditation.

The couple of things that I wanted to bring up at the end of this meditation with regards to the elements are how you can use that information to kind of see something greater for yourself.

Now each element is going to represent something a little bit different.

If you brought fire into the body,

This is a way of showing you that you probably need to let go of something and ignite within.

So if we need to let go of something so that we can move forward,

This is likely why we would have brought fire in.

Air is a way of pushing us forward,

So motivating us,

Getting us out of our shell,

Moving us forward.

Water would be an emotional cleanse,

So moving water over the body would be a way of calming and also releasing.

If we brought Earth into our bodies,

Earth is a way of grounding and connecting.

So if we've been going through a pattern of not really being present,

Kind of being flighty or forgetful,

Earth would have been an appropriate element to bring into the body.

So with that,

The only last thing would be to see something unusual within our meditation space.

Now when we're in that calm and relaxed space,

We're able to see a little bit more clearly.

So if something came forward that was out of place,

What does it mean to you?

Not necessarily what it would mean to someone else or in a reference book or a dream book,

But what did it mean to you?

What does it represent to you in its symbology,

In the meditation as a whole?

So look at the element that you brought into the body and then look at the thing that came up in the end.

What does it mean to you?

Take those messages,

Bring them in,

Journal about them,

Think about them,

Whatever it is that you need to do.

I appreciate you listening and being here.

As always,

I hope this process brings you wholeness and sense of peace,

And I will see you next time.

Wonderful meditation. I brought water element to my chakras and saw a loose, wet kind of earth beneath my feet. There was a wooden bench and a fox and a rat like thing with pointed nose and lotus flowers floating inside a bubble in sky.

Wonderful meditation!! I was disappointed that the solar plexus chakra was not included when bringing in the element to the chakras but did not take away from the effectiveness. šŸ™

I was a little surprised when I brought Earth into the meditation but with your explanation it made perfect sense. I struggled a little bit to find this something different personally in my meditation but I think through repetitive use and continuing to practice I will find it. I'm also curious as to whether the elements will change with repeated yes. :-) thank you so much! I would love to see you do more of these types of meditation!
