I've labeled this meditation a "Sacral/Third Eye" meditation because of the work we do in observing ourselves in an open feeling state. As our Sacral and Third Eye Chakras mirror each other, we process raw emotion and raw "knowing" through these chakras as we walk through the world around us. Watch your younger self move through their day, open and connected. Then walk again as a child and bridge to this deeper sense of awareness and harness your intuition.

Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in all the way down to the belly.

And slowly exhale.

Nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Last one,

Deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Go ahead and relax the breath,

Keeping it low in the belly,

Feeling it flow through your body just like the rhythm of an ocean wave.

The breath comes in,

The tide comes in,

The breath goes out,

The tide goes out.

Go ahead and relax your shoulders,

Keeping your spine nice and straight.

Feel that relaxation move down your arms all the way to the ends of your fingers.

Feel that breath flow through your body,

Bringing you to that nice relaxed state.

There's no rushing the breath.

Just allow it to search and find that inner calm,

That peaceful state.

We're gonna begin our meditation today by visualizing ourselves in a park with a playground.

In the distance you can hear children laughing.

One should look down at your feet,

See them connected to the earth,

Standing on grass.

Begin to walk towards the sound of the laughing children.

In the distance you should be able to see swings and slides,

Various playground equipment.

You can see the small figures running around,

Laughing and chasing each other.

Around the playground are benches.

I want you to find one and take a seat.

As you look around the playground at the children playing,

I want you to notice one particular child that stands out with a face that you recognize,

A face that is your own.

This child is a younger version of you.

Just observe how you play,

How you interact with the other children,

Facial expressions,

Body language.

Just observe.

As you're watching yourself play,

I want you to notice that you lock eyes.

The younger version of you,

Curious,

Walks over,

Sits on the bench next to you,

Asks questions about why you're there,

Who you are.

This is your opportunity to have a conversation,

Instill advice,

Listen,

Be the confidant,

Be what you needed when you were that age.

This is where I'll leave you for a bit.

I'll call you back when it's time.

A new facility in mental health.

Now we're going to take a moment and switch places.

I want you to step off the bench and onto the playground and your younger self stays behind.

As you do,

You'll notice that you begin to become your younger self,

Transforming into this young person again.

Looking at your hands and feet and then back at your younger self sitting on the bench who now appears as you,

Older.

You want to begin to play,

Swing on the swings,

Slide down the slide,

Find friends,

Run and play.

I'll call you back when it's time to go.

All right.

You you you you you you It's time to walk back to the park bench where your younger self is waiting for you you They're going to ask you what it felt like to play again to be carefree to run with the other children Everything about your younger self is still within you All the energy and play All the light You can choose to walk back together or leave your younger self here at the park We're going to walk away and go back to where we began Leaving the bench,

Feeling your feet on the earth below Stepping your toes through the grass Walking through the park back to where we started Place your hands over your heart Take a nice deep breath in Slowly exhale Giving that love back to yourself Bring your hands together in prayer position Just take a moment for reflection,

Gratitude Maybe solidify your meditation in your mind so you can reflect on it later Take a nice deep breath in Slowly exhale When you're ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes and come back to me I love meditations where we can connect back with our younger selves and do some inner child work This meditation in particular is really just about observing ourselves and then being able to switch places so that we can sort of embody what we see and live in that moment and not just observe it Our observations are really meant to draw parallels between who we are now and who we were then and then embodying who we were then in order to really give love back to ourselves That's the key takeaway from this To truly see yourself and give love to yourself and do that when you're expressing that to the child but it's really expressing it again back to you So healing anything from our younger selves from our past to bring that healing forward into our current state as an adult So as with all meditations,

I hope it brings you to deeper awareness and brings that wholeness for yourself All my best All my best

I loved the content, how it’s presented vocally and the spaces given to spend time within the cultivated experiencing. I also very much appreciate the minute at the end where the intent of the meditation is explained. This helped to bring the experience in deeper.
