Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in all the way down to the belly.

And slowly exhale.

Nice deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

Last one,

Deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

Go ahead and relax the breath,

Keeping it low on the belly.

Finding that natural rhythm.

Just like the flow of an ocean wave.

Breath comes in,

Tide comes in,

The breath goes out,

The tide goes out.

Relax your shoulders.

Feel that relaxation move down your arms all the way to the tips of your fingers.

Just feel that breath flow nice and even through the body,

Bringing you to that deeper state of relaxation.

There's no need to rush the breath.

There's no need to rush through meditation.

Just take it nice and easy.

Find the release on the exhale and allow yourself to just relax that much more.

We're going to begin our meditation today on the beach.

So I want you to visualize yourself standing on warm sand,

Feeling your feet form in the sand,

Looking down at your feet,

Feeling yourself connected to the earth,

Hearing the ocean waves crash on the shore and recede out,

Feeling your body in rhythm with the ocean wave,

Raising your gaze to look at the waves and out to the horizon where the sun is rising,

Creating the most beautiful colors in the sky,

Orange and pink,

Fading up to green,

Blue,

All the way to violet.

As you look to your left and to your right,

You can see that you are in complete solitude.

There's no one around you,

Just you and the ocean,

This endless sky.

Just want you to take it all in and breathe.

Allow yourself to feel connected to the earth,

Connected back to yourself.

But where you are on the beach,

I want you to walk down to the water's edge,

Feeling your feet,

The foamy surf,

Begin to wade into the water,

This crystal clear water.

I want you to wade into the water until you're about waist deep,

And you begin to feel your buoyancy in the water.

Move your hands along the water's edge,

Dragging your fingers through the water,

Feeling the waves lift you and bring you back down.

There's something under the water,

A place we're going to explore.

I want you to trust me,

As soon as we go below the water,

Your world will change.

You'll be able to breathe and stay under the water for an extended period of time.

When you're ready,

Let's explore.

One,

Two,

Three.

Diving into the water,

Watch your body change.

Watch it adapt to be able to breathe under the water.

We're just going to explore,

We're going to find things,

Observe things.

We're on the search for a great whale,

A strong and sensitive friend.

They have a message for us in this deep blue ocean.

I want you to explore and find them.

When you do,

I want you to ask them what their message is for you.

I'll call you back when it's time.

Current note.

You you you you Once you see that great whale you go close to them look them in the eye make connection ask for your message you you you you you you you you When they've delivered their message to you,

I want you to ask what medicine they bring into the world you you you It's time to leave the whale make your way back to the shore enjoying your exploration along the way you you when the water becomes more shallow and you're able to put your head above the waves your body will transform once again we're allowed to breathe above water and stand as you did before the water up to your waist your fingers tracing along the water I want you to walk back to the beach feeling your feet sink into the sand seeing the sun has risen above the horizon feeling its warmth on your face your skin I want you to sit down on the sand write your name in the sand just as you would if you were a child underneath your name I want you to write the word worthy worthy of everything that you desire and everything that you need feeling very connected to this place in the earth I want you to take a nice deep breath in slowly exhale and just take it in feeling your body connected to those ocean waves your breath and sink your connectedness to the earth and most importantly,

Connectedness back to ourselves take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale bring your hands into heart center just take a moment for reflection maybe an affirmation for yourself or give love back to yourself take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale when you're ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes and back to me you
