I would like you to just calm your spirit,
Calm your mind,
Breathe in calmly,
And breathe out calmly.
Feel yourself being in a space of total security,
Total inner trust in yourself,
In self-love,
Total acceptance of yourself and please hug yourself and give it the resources that you need now.
Maybe you need security,
Maybe you need security,
Maybe you need self-love.
You can ask your Ancestry line,
Your angels,
Your guides to send you the resources that you need for you to just feel these sensations of self-love,
Self-respect.
Feel this energy entering into your body.
Feel yourself receiving all the resources that you need in order to tackle this trauma from the past.
And I would like you now to pause the audio if you need to take more time to absorb more of these resources.
You don't need to you don't need to see anything or hear anything,
Just feel your body absorbing and feeling those resources that are within you now.
And please envision now yourself in that past situation.
Just feel the symptoms in your body of the trauma.
Hear the repetitive words,
See the trauma image or video in your mind.
Check where it is in your mind,
Maybe it is an white and black image or video extract of a specific scene.
Maybe it is in the right or the left of your screen.
Maybe you hear some words from your right or your left.
Maybe you feel a discomfort in some parts of your body.
Stay with those sensations.
Your body is showing you the discomfort.
So please thank your body for showing you this discomfort.
Now I would like you to give that part of you some self-compassion and tell this older version of you I am sorry.
It can be sentences like I'm sorry that nobody defended you.
I am sorry that the people around you were the one that blamed you.
I am sorry that this person slapped you.
I'm sorry that you were too small and that you couldn't defend yourself.
I am sorry that you didn't have the courage to go and speak up.
You can add all the things that you might say that you didn't do.
All that makes you feel guilty or unworthy.
Your defaults,
Your lacks,
Your self-judging yourself,
Judging that version of you from the past.
I am so sorry that you didn't have the courage to speak up.
I am sorry that you didn't defend the others,
That you didn't notice what was happening,
That you were naive,
That you were powerless.
Show a lot of compassion to this version of you.
And now what are the resources that this version of you needed at that time?
Did it need self-worth,
Self-love,
Self-respect?
What did it need from her?
And you can pause this audio till you have found what you needed.
And now I would like you to feel this energy entering into that version of you in that moment and receive all those resources.
You might be having those resources now,
You might be able now to speak up.
Give that version of you those resources and if you lack them,
Then ask your guides,
Your angels,
Your ancestors.
And if you lack them,
Then ask your guides,
Your angels,
Your ancestors.
Some of them have those resources.
You all share the same DNA,
The same roots,
The same blood.
So there are some of your ancestors that do have those skills,
Those resources.
Ask them to give you those resources and you feel it in your body.
You feel it entering into your body.
Feel yourself receiving those resources that you need.
You don't need to do anything,
Just receive.
Just allow yourself to receive.
It might come from your ancestors,
It might come from angels,
Guides.
We do all have support and grab support from above.
Just allow yourself to receive.
What are the other resources that you need?
You can ask to receive whatever resource that you need that can help you feel worthy,
Powerful in that situation.
And at the same time,
Feel yourself receiving those resources and feel your energetic body.
Feel the images that you were seeing of that version of you.
The words that you kept hearing,
The memories of them,
The feelings,
Negative feelings in your body,
Negative symptoms in your body,
Maybe shaking.
Negative symptoms in your body,
Maybe shaking.
Maybe your head spins,
Or your heart beats a lot,
Very fast.
Or your abdominal area is really hurting you.
And feel that the more these resources enter,
The more there is a change in your physical,
Emotional symptoms,
And in the memory of this trauma.
Do you feel the same or something just little as it is has changed positively?
Allow yourself to receive,
And you can even stop this audio,
And allow yourself to receive all the resources that you need.
And allow yourself to receive all the resources that you need.
And now with these resources,
I would like you to feel the difference in your energetic system,
In your physical system,
And your symptoms of that memory.
This older version of you has now resources that she didn't have.
Try to check if you can change the scenario that happened.
With those resources,
How would you have behaved differently?

I would like you to connect to your eight chakra,

And I would like you to stay with that focus on 10 centimeters above your head area,
And ask,
What was the learning experience of that trauma that I lived?
What was its purpose?
Which new version of myself did I need to be after living that experience?
Was it to be more compassionate?
To love myself more?
To assert myself?
To feel the pain of others?
What better version of myself did I choose to be by living that traumatic experience?
And allow yourself to feel,
To hear,
Or to see the answer of it.
Sometimes it might not come here,
Because you are too attached to the result.
Sometimes,
You just need to be occupied with other stuff,
Doing your daily routine,
And then the a-ha moment comes,
Or someone else comes around you and tells you a word,
A sentence,
His experience,
And then the a-ha moment comes with the learning.
So don't focus on the result and just stay with the experience.
And now,
With that awareness,
I would like you to stay with that traumatic experience,
And now that you have the resources that you have,
And with this new knowledge,
The resources that you have,
And with this new knowledge,
Are there some other resources that you need in order to tackle that experience in a better way?
Maybe learn detachment,
Receive detachment from your ancestors,
And sometimes you can ask your angels,
Guides,
To receive the remaining resources during your sleep.
Just take the moment to absorb these new resources,
This new understanding of the situation.
And please,
With this new version of yours,
How does it behave differently?
How does it think differently?
How does it act differently?
How does it react emotionally differently?
And I would like you to grow it till your present age.
If it was when you were eight years old,
You grow it till your age.
And by growing it,
You bring in the resources of that time to your experience now.
Sometimes it might take more time in order for it to grow till today's age,
So you can stop the audio till it's over.
In order for it to grow till today's age,
So you can stop the audio till you reach your current age.
And when you have reached it,
Feel,
Acknowledge,
What has changed?
Is it still the same or something has changed in the way that you think,
The way that you react,
The way that you feel,
The experience.
Sometimes you need to do it multiple times in order for Sometimes you need to do it multiple times in order for the experience to be fully integrated.
Stay with the moment and acknowledge this new version of you.
And you can open your eyes and feel how different you are and bless yourself for everything that you have done in order to heal yourself and heal these parts of you that haven't healed yet.
