And sometimes there are some behaviors that you might have and you don't understand where it might come from.

The way you react in your life.

And sometimes you might be confused of should I be doing or should I not do?
So after you have done something you might say I don't know if I should have done it,
If I should have let other people do it on my behalf.
For instance,
For dumping another person from your life,
For instance.
You might have a hard time completing the actions and the things that you want to do.
You might resent other people manipulating you because it was perceived as a manipulation,
This birth,
As you are normally supposed to be doing it by yourself.
So,
You might crave touching,
Touching other people.
You may think that you do things wrong,
You might be easily confused.
You might be indirect in the way that you are communicating things instead of saying it straightforward.
You just go around the bush in order to transmit the message that you want to transmit.
And in order to communicate with people you like touching people.
Do you recognize yourself with some of these symptoms?
Well,
Now we are going to do affirmations in order for you to free yourself from the memories of your birth.
I forgive my mother and I forgive my doctors,
Completely.
I forgive myself for being born with a cesarean.
It's safe for me to do things my way and to take the time for it.
It is safe for me to complete things.
It is safe for me to be in my body.
It is safe for me to do things differently.
I can always find the easy way.
My way is the right way.
I am safe.
I deserve to be touched and to be held.
All my interruptions are for my highest good.
It is safe for me to be direct in my communication.
It is safe for me to do things the right way.
It is safe and easy for me to make decisions.
I accept that others manipulate me and I understand and empathize with their way of being even if I don't understand it.
I can do things and complete them by myself.
I find the knives and sharp instruments safe.
It is the end of these affirmations.
