
Trust The Process Meditation For Conception
A 12 minute guided meditation to help with the stress that can sometimes come with trying to conceive and to help you trust in the process.
Transcript
Take some time now just for you.
Find a comfortable position where you can relax completely,
Where your back is supported and your breath comes effortlessly.
Gently closing your eyes when you feel ready.
Draw a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling your ribcage expand.
Exhaling back out through your nose,
Feeling your ribcage relaxing back in towards the centre of your body.
Let your belly soften,
Feeling it rise as you inhale and gently fall as you exhale.
With each new inhale you take,
Slowly draw the breath through your nose,
Allowing it to nourish your entire body.
And with every exhale,
Releasing any fears,
Doubts,
Negativity or tension.
With each breath creating space for all that you are wanting to create in your life.
This time,
Right now,
Is just for you.
Try to let go of any attachment to what might be going on around you.
Let go of any attachment to all that has taken place before you sat down.
Let go of any to-do lists or tasks that might be required of you after you're done here.
This time is your time.
This space is just for you.
Time to let go of any hurt,
Anger,
Frustration or sadness.
To let go of any unwanted thoughts or emotions,
Disappointments or feelings of lack.
Time to soften,
To embrace your feminine energy and to welcome in abundance,
Allowing yourself to receive.
On your next inhale,
Imagine a warm orange light begin to grow in your womb space.
As you exhale,
Releasing any doubts,
Fear,
Anger or negative emotions that may appear.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine this light growing brighter and brighter,
Expanding throughout your whole abdominal area.
Imagine this light entering every cell of your reproductive area,
Entering your ovaries,
Your fallopian tubes,
Entering your uterus,
Healing,
Cleansing and creating space.
Feel this light continuing to grow and expand,
Clearing any negative energy,
Balancing,
Healing and cleansing as it moves throughout your whole body.
Let this light nourish your entire being,
Dissolving away any fears,
Doubts,
Worries or tension that may remain.
Feel this light getting brighter and brighter again,
Filling your whole body with warm,
Positive,
Healing energy.
Feel this light infusing your body with a sense of love,
Gratitude and acceptance for all that is done for you,
For supporting you through all that you have been through so far.
Now take a moment to visualise your healthy womb.
Visualise your womb ready to receive and nurture a baby when the time is right.
Imagine more and more positive energy flowing into this area with each breath you take.
Feel yourself with the knowledge that your body knows exactly what it is doing.
Trust that your body is working for your highest good and will continue to support you no matter what happens.
Keeping your breath slow and steady,
Place your hands over your womb as we recite the following affirmations.
You can repeat these affirmations silently in your mind,
Voice them out loud or you may just choose to listen for now.
The choice is yours.
It is completely up to you.
We will be repeating each affirmation three times.
Take a deep breath in and out as you remind yourself,

Allowing your body to relax completely.
Keep your hands on your womb space,
Allowing the warmth to continue to nourish this area.
Give yourself a few quiet moments to focus on your body and on your breath.
Focus on expanding those feelings of love,
Positivity,
Acceptance and trust.
Allow these feelings to spread throughout your whole body.
Allow them to fully embed in your mind.
Keep your breath slow and steady throughout this time,
Staying here for as long as you need.

I didnβt read the description at first about conceiving. While Iβm not trying to conceive currently it brought some healing to fears I was carrying and has now provided me with a tool to pass along to a friend who has been trying to conceive for a year and a half. Such a great teacher/lead. The light music was lovely and the guidance felt very in tune. β₯οΈ
