Settle into a quiet space away from any distractions into a comfortable position where you feel relaxed and supported.
Maybe sitting in a chair,
On a pillow,
On the floor with your back against a wall or even lying down if that's what feels best for you.
Gently close your eyes and draw your attention inward to your breath.
Without any judgement or trying to control anything,
Just be aware of how you are breathing.
Feel your ribcage expand and contract with each breath you take.
Let your belly soften,
Feeling it rise and fall as you inhale and exhale.
Feel your whole body begin to relax.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Slowly releasing the breath back out through your nose.
Take a deep breath in,
Holding the breath at the top and slowly exhale.
Breathe in through your nose,
Hold the breath and slowly exhale.
Continue breathing in and out through your nose at a pace or rhythm that feels good for you.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Letting go of any distractions,
Thoughts or emotions that may be demanding your attention.
If you find yourself getting distracted or focusing on a particular thought for too long during this meditation,
Gently detach your focus and bring your attention back to your breath.

Amongst the busyness of everyday life,
Amongst all the tasks and duties that motherhood demands,
Amongst the tiredness,
Frustration and stress that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
You are enough,
Though sometimes this is easy to forget when things get messy and don't quite go according to plan.
When you too often compare your struggles to someone else's highlight reel.
You are enough,
Though sometimes this is easy to forget when your accomplishments or hard work seem to go unnoticed.
When life gets too busy or when others' needs are too often put before your own.
Sometimes it can feel as though all you do may be taken for granted or fall short of expectation.
But it is time to remind yourself that right now you are enough.
You are enough just as you are.
You always have been and you always will be.
You are strong enough.
You are kind enough.
You are brave enough.
Smart enough.
Creative enough.
All that you do is enough.
You are enough exactly as you are.
What you have to offer is of great value to the world.
What you have and all that you do is enough.
It is easy to forget this sometimes but it is time to remind yourself once again.
Imagine now that you are looking at yourself in a mirror and focus on the following affirmations.
You can repeat these affirmations silently in your mind,
Voice them out loud or you may just choose to listen for now.
The choice is yours.
It is completely up to you.
Keeping your breath slow and steady,
Place your hands over your heart as you tell yourself,
I am ready and willing to let go of all negative self talk.
I release all need to judge myself or my body.
Breathe in and out reminding yourself,
Everything I need is already within me.
Everything I have and do is enough.
Inhale slowly and exhale releasing the breath.
I love and accept myself unconditionally.
I am worthy of love,
Kindness and respect.
Take another deep breath in and out as again you remind yourself.
I am exactly who I need to be in this moment.
I am enough.
It is time now to stop comparing yourself to others.
It is time to stop measuring your own worth based on perceived successes or failures.
It is time to start recognizing and appreciating your own special gifts and abilities.
It is time to show yourself the love and care that you truly deserve.
Breathe in and out.
Feel the love you have for yourself growing.
Feel it radiating out from your heart and spreading throughout your whole being.
Feel this love light you up like a warm comforting glow,
Illuminating you completely.
