Anywhere you feel relaxed but supported.
Your hands settled in your lap,
On your knees or by your side.
Your shoulders nice and relaxed.
Take this moment just for you.
A moment to pause,
Re-energise and rejuvenate.
Taking a break away from the busyness of everyday life,
To-do lists,
Household chores and responsibilities.
Bring your attention inward to your breath.
Bring attention to the path your breath takes as it moves in through your nostrils.
Feel your breath flowing in and down.
Feel it filling and opening up your chest.
Opening up through your heart space.
Feel your rib cage expand and contract with each breath you take.
Letting your belly soften completely.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And slowly release the breath back out through your nose.
Take a deep breath in,
This time holding the breath at the top.
And then slowly exhale.
Take in another breath through your nose,
Holding the breath.
And then slowly exhaling out.
Continue breathing in and out through your nose at a pace or rhythm that feels good for you.
Let go of any need to control your thoughts.
And know that this time is just for you.

See this lavender light flow down your arms until it reaches your fingertips.
