I'm Jessie Galvin.
Welcome to this Golden Energy Cleansing Meditation.
Now take a few moments to find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and your palms resting gently on your knees or in your lap.
When you're ready,
Close down your eyes.
Take a few moments to make sure your body is really comfortable and start to take a few deep,
Clearing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you connect to your breath,
Allow yourself to settle into a relaxed state within your body and to feel yourself gently arriving into this now present moment.
With each gentle breath,
Imagine yourself becoming more grounded and centered into the present moment.
Now see a brilliant golden light shining brightly above you.
As you inhale,
See this light entering through the crown of your head.
With every inhale,
You feel this golden energy filling your body with this beautiful warm light.
As you exhale,
Visualize this golden energy traveling down through your body,
Passing through every part of you like a gentle wave.
So you inhale the golden light from the crown of your head.
And as you exhale,
The golden energy moves down through your body and leaves your body through the soles of your feet.
So we inhale the light from the crown.
Exhale to travel this light all the way through the body to the soles of your feet.
Inhale from the crown this golden rejuvenating light.
And exhale to move it all the way down through your body,
Leaving your body through the soles of your feet.
As you continue to breathe in this way,
Your body is relaxed.
And you are becoming more and more energized and grounded as you absorb this golden energy into your being.
Now gently release the breath and just take a few deep and slow breaths here,
Noticing the effects of your practice on your physical body,
Your emotional body,
And your energetic body.
Allow yourself a few moments of presence to simply rest exactly where you are.
When you're ready,
Take a deep and slow breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.
And slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes and gently blink your eyes open,
Taking in your surroundings and just pausing here,
Noticing how you feel and connecting with yourself.
I invite you to take this feeling of clarity and rejuvenation with you into the rest of your day.
