Sit your body straight,
Feeling alert yet relaxed.
Keep the eyes open.
Take three deep breaths in through the nose,
Releasing the breath through your mouth.
Now bring your awareness to one specific point directly in front of you.
Notice the details that you can see,
Colour,
Shape,
Texture.
Take in everything you are able to see in this moment from this singular point of focus.
As you continue to breathe here,
Your mind is becoming clear and sharp.
Like a beam of light,
Your focus is strong and steady.
With every inhale,
You breathe in clarity.
With every exhale,
You release distraction from your energy field.
As you continue to breathe in this way,
Your mind is calm and alert.
You are centred and present.
You are ready to focus on anything you choose with ease and power.
Feel your energy field expanding here as you take three more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
You are clear.
You are focused.
And you are ready.
Please take this energy with you for whatever is coming next in your day.
Channelling that clarity and focus from your heart into the world around you.
