I'm Jessie Galvin.
Welcome to this simple energy clearing meditation.
Find a comfortable position.
Take a moment to settle into your body.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Start by sensing all parts of your body that make contact with the surface underneath you.
Notice the support under your sitting bones,
The backs of the legs.
And allow yourself in your own time to land into this now present moment.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling fully through your mouth.
Seeing if just for one full inhale and one full exhale,
You can be fully present with this breath.
Now bring your awareness to any area of your life where you feel stuck or heavy.
Set the intention to release any energetic blockages and create space for energy to flow,
For insights and shifts to be received and for the strength to move forward with clarity and purpose.
In your mind's eye,
See that you are surrounded by a space see that you are surrounded by a radiant white light shimmering with clarity and purity of the heart.
With every inhalation,
See this light entering your body through the crown of your head,
Filling you with its cleansing energy.
As you exhale,
See any stagnant or stuck energy within you starting to flow.
The light brings love,
To each of these parts of you.
And all energy is released with the breath,
Allowing your body to become a place of spaciousness and ease.
So with each breath,
This pure light of love enters your body,
Sending love exactly where it needs to go.
And with each exhalation,
There is a gentle softening and perhaps a sense of lightness.
As you continue this gentle process,
I invite you to repeat the following affirmation either silently or out loud.
I offer love to every part of myself in this moment now.
I offer love to every part of myself in this moment now.
Take a few moments to experience this love traveling within you.
Allowing yourself to rest,
To enter into a gentleness.
We'll close by taking one more deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out through your mouth.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes carrying this gentleness and self-love into the rest of your day.
