Welcome to the seventh and final day of your Reiki healing for the chakras.
Today we're focusing on the crown,
Sahasrara,
Associated with connection to the divine
And the colour purple.
Whenever you're ready,
Getting comfortable,
Let's begin.
And on your next inhale,
Just noticing as a wave of white light washes up through the body,
Soothing every cell,
Filling it with peace.
And on your next exhale,
Just noticing as this wave of white light
Washes gently down,
Cleansing,
Releasing,
Down and out the bottom of the feet.
Inhaling and noticing as this wave of white light moves up the body through each cell.
And exhaling,
Just noticing as it starts to pick up any sticks or stones of worries or stresses
From today,
This week,
Perhaps over the course of our time together,
Bigger things have been dislodged.
Just noticing with your next exhale as whatever is ready to leave begins to roll away
Down and out the bottom of the feet.
Sending it back to eternity with divine timing.
One more inhale.
Noticing this wave of white sparkling light.
All of your cells,
All of you are lit up with love.
With love.
And exhaling,
Just noticing as it rolls down through the body.
Gently carrying away with gentle goodbyes anything that's ready to go.
And washes down and out the bottom of your feet.
And on your next exhale,
Just coming to notice the weight of your head as it's held up by the earth.
The heaviest part of your body.
Letting it go now.
Just noticing as any thoughts,
Worries,
Or wonderings just gently melt down out the back
And into the earth,
Which greets them with open arms.
Exhaling,
Noticing as the little muscles across your forehead begin to soften.
Melt down either side of your face.
Exhaling,
Noticing your eyeballs and outer corners of the eyes begin to let go.
Softening and melting down.
Noticing as your jaw and your cheeks begin to release.
And see if you can soften the very middle of your tongue.
Exhaling and noticing as the little muscles across the back of your neck begin to let go.
And noticing as the front of your throat in its own time blossoms a flower.
The color of your choosing.
Creative and open.
Letting it be.
Exhaling and noticing as your nose and your mouth begin to open.
Exhaling and noticing as your shoulders grow heavy and melt out sideways into the earth.
So I gently slough off anything they may have been carrying.
And your next exhale coming to notice as the upper arms,
Elbows,
Lower arms,
Wrists,
Backs of the hands,
Palms and fingers grow heavy.
Letting them feel held in the love of the earth,
The love of your body.
Stay unclenched and release anything they may have been holding.
It feels like a looser clench than ever before.
And exhaling,
Just letting it go.
And exhaling,
Just letting it go.
On your next exhale,
Just noticing as your upper back,
Middle back and lower back grow heavy.
Sinking down into the earth that is always rising to meet them.
Noticing as your spine melts into a silver light.
So nervous system soothes and softens.
And on your next exhale,
Just noticing your upper chest,
Ribcage,
Tummy.
Grows heavy.
Sinking down into the earth towards the spine.
Letting everything be perfect as it is.
Exhaling and noticing as the pelvis roots down into the earth.
Familiar and comfortable with this feeling of stability and groundedness.
Allowing your hips to open out sideways.
Filling anything that is no longer yours out into the wide world and away from the body.
Emotions,
Narratives,
Beliefs,
Thought patterns.
Are you ready to let them go?
On your next exhale,
Just noticing your upper legs,
Knees,
Lower legs,
Lower legs,
Tops of the feet,
Bottoms of the feet and toes grow heavy.
Sinking down into the earth.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
You are in the perfect place.
And just noticing beneath your bare soles,
The soft cushioning of mossy grass.

Hearing above your head a short distance bird song.
Noticing the sound of a gentle breeze.
As it moves through verdant green leaves all around you.
Opening your eyes,
You are in a forest.
Your old familiar forest.
Like a friend where you feel safe and held.
Seen.
Somewhere you can feel loose and have laughter.
And starting to walk through this forest space.
A deer to your right,
A rabbit to your left.
You are so part of this forest now.
Every creature in it fully accepts your presence.
Just noticing how you're moving.
Noticing what part of the body is coming first.
So the chest,
One shoulder and then the next.
You're leading with your hands and wrists.
As the dappled light shines on you as you walk,
Dance through.
Noticing how you move as someone who is rooted and grounded.
Who is creative and comfortable in expressing themselves.
Someone who feels confident in their power.
Notice how you move as someone who has an open loving heart.
As someone who's not afraid to speak their truth.
Vocalize their inner self.
Someone who's able to be their fullest self in this earthly realm.
Stepping with ease and grace,
You're coming towards the edge of the forest.
And up ahead you see your old friend,
Mountain.
As you come up towards mountain.
You feel gratitude that they're in your life.
And a sense of somberness knowing that the journey with them.
That you can always come back to them.
Is reaching a climax.
Where you move from this earthly realm,
This earthly forest that you so loved.
And you move to a place where you can always come back to them.
To a place that you so beautifully inhabit.
To a more ethereal connection with that which is now above.
And all around.
So you bow to root cave as you start to walk up that mountain path.
Zigzagging past your other spaces that you've known.
Sacral cave,
Glowing orange,
Full of creativity.
Solar plexus cave,
Glowing yellow,
Full of confidence and power.
Heart cave,
Glowing green,
Full of love.
Throat cave,
Glowing blue,
Full of self-expression.
And coming up to the top of the mountain you're nearly at the tip.
And you enter a beautiful cave.
It's a mix of purple and indigo.
The top of the cave opens up into another.
And then straight out into the sky and starlight is drifting down through it.
And as you enter you notice this purple beam of light.
It comes down through the top,
Through the roof.
And alights on this cushion that looks so inviting.
And as you notice it has your name embroidered in it in gold lettering.
This space has been waiting for you.
So breathing deeply you take off a cloak you find yourself to be wearing.
With any human feelings,
Ego,
Fear,
And let it drop to the floors.
You've never been so certain of anything in your life.
You know that this cushion,
This light,
This connection is safe and loving and full of truth.
And so reverently you go to sit down cross-legged in this beam of purple light.
You come into stillness.
And in the silence you notice the presence of all those you love around you.
Those here,
Those past.
Your archangels.
Your spirit guides.
Your past lives.
Your future ones.
God or however you name them.
And the beam of light expands gently outwards engulfing them.
And you realize that they are not outside of you.
They are within you.
And the universe that is above and all around,
That's beaming this purple light down into you,
Is also within you.
You begin to notice that you have always been held in this light,
In this love.
You breathe a big sigh of relief.
Within the body,
This truth.
And as you continue to set here,
I'm slowly going to start coming down through your aura.
With holding your auric field full of white light,
Full of knowledge,
So that it can expand in this way at any moment,
Should you choose to.
You are so much more than what you know.
I'm just calling in your guardian angels and spirit guides.
I'm just asking that they make themselves known to you,
More known to you.
In this higher frequency,
You now have access to,
You're now embodying.
With no pressure whatsoever,
Life is long,
As all the time in the world.
For this intuition and connection to grow,

We're just noticing if you get anything by the echo of a name,
Or a feeling of a letter.
No pressure at all,
No trying,
Just letting it.
And whenever you're ready,
Taking a big inhale into your beautiful glowing body.
Exhaling down and out the bottom of the feet.
Maybe moving the fingers and the toes a little.
Maybe moving the head gently from side to side.
Either staying where you are,
Or if you like,
Rolling over onto one side to come into the fetal position.
The grip of the arm,
Acting as a pillow for the head.
Just allowing your body to process
All that's been released.
All that's come in.
And in your own time,
If you can,
Keeping the eyes closed.
Gently coming to sit upright.
Good hands in prayer at the heart.
Whenever you're there,
Gently bowing the head.
Inhaling,
Giving thanks to yourself.
To your expansion,
To your soul.
To your guardian angels,
Ancestor spirit guides.
Coming to rub the palms of the hands together,
Creating a little heat.
Envisaging sparks beginning to fly.
Placing your warm palms over your closed eyes and sinking into the darkness.
Without which there would be no light.
And from which you are reborn in this moment.
Whenever you're ready.
Gently blinking your eyes and welcoming yourself back into the room.
