Hello my friends and welcome to this mantra meditation to drop out of your mind and into your body as this is where the answers of our intuitive truth,

Our inner knowing lies out of the mind and inside the body and when you're ready allow yourself to get comfortable allow yourself to drop in and find yourself with your eyes closed ready to drop out of your mind and into your body taking a deep inhale into your belly and let it all go out your mouth and another inhale and exhale bringing yourself to start in your mind as that is where many of us may find ourselves spending much time in our mind and allowing yourself to visualize a whiteboard inside of your mind noticing how full this whiteboard is noticing if there's still writing on this board if there's a continuous writing on this board just notice and as you observe this whiteboard observe your thoughts I invite you to put down the pen the marker and just allow yourself to be with this whiteboard of thoughts and now as you see these thoughts as you observe the thoughts beginning to wipe from left to right wiping away these thoughts seen as a whiteboard clears from thought from left to right continuing to empty this whiteboard allowing your thoughts to clear as you wipe this board good and once you have wiped all the thoughts away from this board away from your mind allowing yourself to drop deeper into your body plopping yourself down into a body of water and just allowing yourself to float inside of this body of water as you have dropped out of the mind and into the body and just being present here with your body with your flow of yourself noticing any activations in your body any slight swaying that you may feel I'm just allowing yourself to be here in your body out of the mind good floating being just existing with your body and if you notice any thoughts come in begin to embody the mantra out of the mind into the body and don't forget to breathe out of the mind into the body good dropping deeper into your body deeper into your sensations of self noticing that your intuition is being turned on as you are honoring the flow of your body noticing as you get out of the mind and into the body the peace and ease you can feel within yourself good taking the last minute to just melt deeper into all that you are out of the mind and into your body feeling held and comforted by yourself by my voice by the water that surrounds you and taking three deep inhales each inhale bringing you back to the present moment out of the mind and into the body breathing in finding yourself back in the present moment feeling more spaciousness in your body feeling less the thoughts that were in your mind before you started this meditation and when you are ready to blink open your eyes slowly just inviting you to look around your space and take it all in with this peace and ease of this clarity of mind thank you so much for meditating with me may you embody this mantra at any time with much love peace love
