I Am A Powerful Creator Meditation

Feel into your power as a divine creator in your life. Allow yourself to affirm and begin to feel the powerful creations that are ahead for you. May this be a meditation that you can revisit to charge up your power when you need it most.

Hello, My friends. Welcome to this meditation. Let's start by calming down our bodies and just finding a place of rest, Of comfort, Of safety. Whatever that means to you. And just taking a deep inhale in through your nose and exhaling out. And just being with the silence. Maybe this is the first time today that silence has met you. And just receiving yourself in the silence, However you are. Maybe you feel a bit messy. Maybe you feel tender. Maybe you feel delicious. Maybe you feel expanded. Just letting whatever wants to be, Be. Whatever wants to exist, Exist. And just settling in. Settling in to all of you. Even the parts of you that you may have been ignoring or avoiding. Just allowing yourself to be with all of you. The fullness of all that you are. Now bringing your attention down to your heart space. Just feeling your heartbeat in your chest. Maybe even placing a hand there. Placing it under your shirt, Feeling your skin against your hand. Feeling the flesh against your flesh. And taking an inhale, Feeling your hand rise. And exhaling out. And in your heart space, Repeating this affirmation. I am a powerful creator. Letting that soak in to your skin, To your soul. All that you are. And taking another inhale, Breathing in. And repeating again. I am a powerful creator. And with this affirmation in mind, I will leave you for a few minutes. As you begin to feel or see or both the creations from the power within you. Remembering that you are a powerful creator. Begin to see your creations unfold. And taking another inhale, Breathing in. Soaking in whatever you saw, Whatever you heard, Whatever you felt. Before we come out of our meditation, Setting an intention for the week ahead for you. For you to step deeper and to embody the powerful creation that you saw, Felt, Or heard. Taking one last inhale together, Breathing in. And breathing out. When you're ready, You can open your eyes.
