This is a guided visual meditation for releasing anxiety and stress before sleep.
Now lay down in your bed.
Get really comfy and cozy.
You're going to want to close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Focus on your breath.
You are here in your comfortable bed,
Listening to my voice.
All you're doing is laying here and breathing.
Feel your body.
Feel the air going in and out of your lungs.
You might be having trouble breathing.
You might be experiencing some stress and anxiety.
So just sit there and take another breath in and exhale.
Focus on the now.
You're not in the past or future.
You are here in the now,
Laying down in your bed,
About to fall asleep.
In this moment,
Right now,
You are at ease in a comfortable space.
It is time to surrender,
To release the stress,
Worry,
Anxiety.
All the things that might be holding you back from enjoying a restful night's sleep.
Let it all go.
Your worries are not helping your heart.
They are not helping your health.
They're not helping you sleep.
Now repeat after me.
I am letting go of my anxiety,
My stress,
My fears and worries.
I trust and know that the universe loves me,
Loves all of me,
And wants what is best for me.
Take a deep breath in.
Take another deep breath in.
Now repeat after me.
I may not always see things working out.
But I know they will.
They already are working out for me.
The entire universe is working for me.
This very moment.
The universe is bringing happiness,
Love,
Compassion,
Joy,
And abundance to my life.
Everything in my life is in a cohesive,
Loving flow.
Take a deep breath in.
Visualize the exhale of your breath as releasing your anxiety.
Let it go.
Listen to your breath.
Release the negative chatter in your mind.
Release the fear,
Doubt,
Any anxiety.
Surrender it completely.
Take another breath in.
Very good.
Now repeat.
My anxiety,
My fear,
My doubt,
No longer serve me.
I am here in the now,
Letting all my anxiety go.
I surrender to the love of the universe.
The love to myself.
I surrender to all the love to myself.
Breathe in all of the love that pure love that higher love from the universe.
Allow the love to fill your lungs.
Trust that everything you need is making its way to you now.
And it is here right now with you to support you.
All of the love that the universe has is here for you.
That all love is here for you.
Everything in your life is working out for you.
Surrender your worries.
Surrender your stress.
Surrender your fear to the universe.
Allow the universe to take care of you completely.
Feel your body getting heavy.
Just lie here and focus on your breathing.
Listen to your breath.
Be here in the now.
Right now,
It is time for your body and your mind to rest completely.
Let your body,
Let your mind fall into a complete deep sleep.
Stay focused on your breath.
Your body is completely relaxed.
