Hello friends.

My name is Jesse Divine.

And this is a guided meditation for releasing pain and anxiety.

I like to light some incense,

Some sage or Palo Santo to clear the air.

It helps a lot.

So if you'd like to,

You may.

Find a comfortable quiet space for yourself.

Make sure you have no distractions so you are able to be fully present in this moment.

I will give you a moment to get really comfortable.

Now that you are nice and comfy.

I want you to close your eyes.

Now,

Take a deep breath in.

And I want you to hum as you exhale.

Hmm.

As you hum.

Feel your body connecting to yourself.

Feel your lungs.

Expand as you took a deep breath in.

Have gratitude for this air that you breathe.

Put your hand on your chest and feel your chest rise and fall.

Take in the silence and stillness around you.

Again,

Deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Hum.

Now,

Place your fingertips on your throat.

Inhale and hum.

Feel the vibration on your throat.

As you hum.

Again,

Inhale.

Hum.

Hum.

Now,

Allow yourself to just lay back and breathe.

Take an inhale.

Exhale.

This is your time,

The time you take for yourself to get grounded,

Like a peaceful silent tree.

Allow yourself to be able to sit in silence.

Now,

On this next breath,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Think of something that is weighing you down.

Think of something that is causing you stress or anxiety,

Uncertainty.

Now,

Take a deep breath in.

And release that weight with the exhale.

Be loud.

Get real deep into your lungs.

Pull that breath out and release that weight from your body.

Again.

Again,

Release that weight with the exhale.

Think of the things that weigh you down.

And know that all of these things are temporary.

And if you allow them to weigh you down.

They always will.

The pain will take away from your happiness and joy and light.

The weight that you carry will hold you back.

Don't allow it to take away from your light.

Release the negative feelings.

Take a deep breath in.

Now repeat.

I surrender all of my heaviness,

My weight,

My pain,

My sadness.

I surrender.

I let it all go.

I am releasing it from my body now.

It has never served me.

It no longer will be a part of me.

I surrender all of my happiness and joy and light.

Now allow yourself to just sit in silence.

Listen to your breath and do nothing else but this.

Take this time for yourself.

Allow yourself to sit with your thoughts right now.

Think of how better you feel now that you have released that tension,

That anxiety,

That stress.

You are weightless.

You are free.

Allow yourself to be open to all of your happiness and all the love and light and joy that the universe has in store for you.

Be mindful of what you hold on to.

Have balance.

Do not hold on to that pain so close.

Release the pain and anxiety that you hold inside.

Now you may open your eyes.

I want you to notice how you feel now.

How does your body feel?

Give yourself time to process these emotions that you now have.

I know you will be here smiling.

Now that you have released all that weight.

I can feel it.

I'm smiling with you.

And if you ever need to listen to this meditation again.

Feel free to do so.

Know that this is a practice.

This is a way of life moving forward.

You choosing your happiness and love and light and surrendering your pain,

Your stress and anxiety.

It no longer serves you.

All of these things take practice.

They take time.

Have patience.
