Hello,

My name is Jesse Divine and I will be guiding you through a loving your body meditation.

Find a nice comfortable place for you to lie down.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Another deep breath in and exhale.

Today we are going to learn something important about our amazing bodies.

As you relax more and more you can feel your entire body getting warm and comfortable.

Your mind feels relaxed.

Your body feels relaxed.

All is well.

You are in a safe,

Comfortable,

Relaxing space.

As you rest in this peaceful state,

Let your mind drift as you listen to my words.

Think for a moment about your body,

No matter the shape or size.

Your body is magnificent and beautiful.

Your body is composed of individual cells,

Which work together in harmony to keep you at your very best.

Let's think for a moment about your feet.

You might have a little crooked toes,

You might have perfectly straight ones,

Yet each and every one is perfect in its own way.

Your feet and toes help you move.

They get you to where you want to go.

Say a little thank you to your feet,

To your toes.

Sometimes your toes might be in pain,

But they still love you.

Your toes are trying very hard to stay healthy.

Love your toes.

Love your feet.

It's very important to keep in mind that you don't need to look like anyone else.

You're already the perfect you.

The more you fall in love with your own body,

The better you will treat your body every single day.

The more you love the skin,

You are in the better you will take care of your body.

Every single day.

We can love and appreciate our bodies,

Exactly as they are.

As we get older,

We may notice some people complain about their bodies.

They forget that all bodies are special and beautiful in their own way.

You may notice you might start having wrinkles on your face.

Age spots that weren't there when you were young.

That's okay that they are there now.

Except those wrinkles,

Except those lines,

Except those dark spots.

That is how your body is now.

Love your aging body.

How boring would it be if everyone looked exactly like we're each so wonderfully made.

And we should always remember to love each and every part of our powerful,

Beautiful,

Strong,

Amazing bodies inside and out.

Now consider your strong back and shoulders.

They help you lift and move things.

They hold you up straight and help you walk tall.

It's important to be thankful for your strong back and shoulders for carrying what you need to carry in life.

Think about your arms and hands now.

They help you hug the people you love.

Thanks to our arms and hands we can hold the people we care about during happy times and sad times.

Be thankful to your arms for how strong and beautiful they are helping you every day.

Think about your beautiful face.

There is no other face like yours.

People can see your beautiful inner light shining out through your eyes.

They could see it shining through your smile.

Remember today and every day to be very thankful for your marvelous body.

It will be with you always to help you experience life and express yourself in many fantastic ways.

Ready and with another deep breath.

Another deep breath in.

Know that your body loves you.

Know that your body is there to help you.

Even when you are sick.

Even when you are in pain.

Love your body.

You've done a wonderful job relaxing your body today and learning to be thankful for it today and every day.

Your body is special.

Your body loves you.

Look at your body kindly,

No matter what the circumstances.

Love the skin that you're in the skin that you're walking in.

Love the skin that you're in.

Embrace your body.

Look at your body and tell your body how beautiful you are,

How strong your body is,

How curvaceous your body is.

Love your freckles.

Love your wrinkles.

Love your stretch marks.

Love every part of your body.

Your body deserves to be loved so much.

It's the only body you have.

Treat it kindly.

Love it so much.

Thank you.

Namaste.
