Hello,

My name is Jesse Divine and I will be guiding you through this self-love meditation.

I want you to find a quiet comfortable place to sit or lay down.

This meditation is visual so you're going to want to close your eyes.

I want you to imagine yourself taking time out of your busy day to walk along a trail.

This trail turns into a beautiful forest filled with large redwood trees.

There's birds chirping.

There are pink,

Yellow,

And purple flowers littered all over the ground.

The air is cool.

There's moss growing on the trunks of the redwoods.

It's a beautiful day.

As you're walking,

You can hear the sound of water,

A stream catches your attention.

You grab your canteen and start to head for the stream.

As you get to the stream,

You dip your canteen into this stream.

You then drink from your canteen and it tastes so good.

This water was put here for you.

This water is here to quench your heart and soul.

This water is here to fill your body with love,

Compassion,

Kindness,

Forgiveness,

And gratitude for yourself.

All the positive feelings that nature has to offer you.

It's here just for you.

You feel the canteen again and pour it all over your head and body.

As the water hits your body,

You feel this warmness all over,

This overwhelming feeling of love,

Self-love for yourself.

You then once again have this overwhelming feeling of compassion for yourself,

Forgiveness,

Kindness and gratitude.

Just stand here in this moment and take in all this love that nature has to offer you.

Take a deep breath in and exhale out.

Deep breath in and exhale out.

Feel the water all over your body.

Feel the sun on your face,

The birds chirping,

The sound the rocks under your feet.

Just take time to feel all of this.

Start walking down the trail.

As you're walking down the trail,

You see a field and in this field,

You notice a clearing.

This space was cleared just for you.

And you see a table with some lunch,

An ice cold drink,

And some sweet treats.

You sit down and eat this delicious meal,

Sip on your ice cold drink and lay in the warm sun.

Oh,

It feels so good to lay in this warm sun.

The universe put this lunch here for you.

The universe is offering warmth from the sun for you.

The universe is always here to take care of all of your needs,

Always.

The universe reminds you to take care of your needs by stepping into nature,

By taking time out of your busy day to take care of you by having a day solely for yourself,

By spending time with beautiful nature.

The universe loves you so much.

As you sit in the sun,

You start to dry off.

The sun is setting now with the sky turning hues of orange,

Pink,

Purple.

What a magnificent sunset.

Let's just stand here for a moment and take in this beautiful sunset.

Inhale and exhale.

You are magnificent and filled with love.

All that is good,

You are.

As the sun is setting,

It becomes dark.

It's time to go.

As you start walking back down the trail,

Remember this time today.

Take it with you always.
