Hello.
I'm Jared Wessler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an absolutely essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here to lead us in some.
Before we get going,
Let's go ahead and take one giant cleansing breath that we'll hold at the top.
Here we go.
Really build your lungs.
Biggest breath of the day.
And hold it.
Hold it.
And let it out with a.
.
.
Shake out anything that feels tight.
Oh,
That always feels so good to me.
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing our chorus.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Today,
I am grateful for laughter.
Laughter is the best medicine,
Some say,
And I agree.
Things in this world sometimes feel too serious and too sad,
And sometimes we forget to laugh.
We forget to find joy.
Laughter is like a full-body hug and a smile all at once,
But sometimes,
Sometimes you do have to force it to come out to feel it.
I've heard people call it laughter yoga,
So go ahead with me and laugh.
Laugh.
Because laughter is contagious,
And it's full of joy,
And it's full of energy.
And to that,
Let us sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
So I hope today you find a few moments of laughter.
Oh,
I can't stop because it feels so good.
And I do hope you find some laughter today,
Even if you have to force it,
Because I promise you it's worth it to go ahead and let that laugh out.
Oh,
And to that laughter we sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One last time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
As always,
I am grateful for your willing heart,
And for you being here today.
Thank you.
