And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll lead you through.
Gratitude is one of the most essential practices in my life,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here to lead us in some.
So before we begin,
Let's go ahead and take one giant deep cleansing breath.
Go ahead.
And hold it at the top.
And then let it out.
Doesn't that feel good?
Those breaths always work for me.

Today,
I am grateful for breath.
One of the reasons I have us do that deep cleansing breath at the beginning of these is it really is a reset for the body and mind.
If you do three of those together,
It's absolutely amazing.
And breath is a tool that's available to all of us.
It's something I had to learn how to do as a young asthmatic to stop,
To calm down and breathe.
So whenever you're having those moments,
Anxious in life,
Just take a moment and breathe and be grateful for the right now and maybe sing.

Whenever life feels a little overwhelming or stressful,
You have breath always there.

You have it even when life is feeling good.
