Gratitude is an essential practice for me in my daily life,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here to lead us through.

Just fill your lungs and hold it at the top for a second.

I invite you to take some time to be quiet and still and ask the dreamer inside of you what would make you feel appreciated today.

Can you feel that inner dreamer wanting to communicate?
