Hello,
I'm Jared Wessler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here to lead us in some.
So before we begin,
Let's take one giant cleansing breath that we hold at the top.
Here we go,
Biggest breath of the day.
Fill your lungs up,
And hold it for a moment.
Hold it a little longer.
And let it out with a.
.
.
Take out anything that feels tight.
I love a big breath.
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Today,
I am grateful for the ability to create.
For the ability that I've had to make music and make these gratitudes.
Creation is one of the most powerful things us humans have.
Many of us take it for granted.
But this last 31 days of creating gratitudes and sharing them has been so impactful in my life.
And I just cannot imagine this past month without it.
This has been the honor of a lifetime to create something like this.
And it's amazing.
And today I sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Creation is so powerful.
And so I ask,
What in your life do you want to create?
Do you want to write something?
Sing something?
Build something?
Have that conversation you've been waiting to have.
I hope you are inspired to create something.
And when you do,
I hope you get to sing to it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One last time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
As always,
I am grateful for your willing heart.
And for you being here today.
Thank you.
