Good morning.
I'm Jared Wessler and this is my morning gratitude.
If you give me about five minutes I'll lead you through.
I find gratitude one of the most important practices we can have and that's why I'm bringing it to us for at least the next month.
So if we can start with a big cleansing breath before we go.
Here we go.
Big breath in.
Hold it at the top for a second and let it out.
Now that feels good.
All right and as the music comes around we'll start with our little chorus.
Here we go.
Thank you.
Thank you for what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Thank you.
One more time.
Thank you.
Thank you for what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Gratitude has not always been easy for me.
Heck it's not even today for some days.
But I do know that there is always something to be grateful for.
Even in the depths of our depression,
There's always something.
There's always some beauty somewhere.
Whether it's a piece of art,
A child's smile,
The sunrise,
The sunset,
The sound of the thunder.
When it rains,
There's always something to have a little gratitude for and enjoy the beauty.
And so with that,
As the music comes around again,
We sing.
Thank you.
Thank you for what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One more time.
Thank you.
Thank you for what we've come to do.
Thank you.
I'm thankful for you being here today.
I'm thankful for this hot summer day.
I'm thankful for music to make and for a voice that sings.
And even if you feel that you can't sing,
That's just a story you're telling yourself.
Feel free to raise your voice with us as the music comes around one more time.
Thank you.
Thank you for what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One more time.
Thank you.
Thank you for what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
See you tomorrow.
