Hello,

I'm Jared Wessler,

And this is my daily gratitude.

Give me about five minutes,

And I'll guide you through.

Gratitude is an essential part of my life.

I don't know what I would do without it.

But it's not always easy to find,

So that's why I'm here to guide us through.

So before we get going,

Let's start with one big,

Giant cleansing breath.

So go ahead and take a big breath in,

Biggest breath of the day.

And hold it at the top for a second.

And then let it out.

That always feels good to me.

And now we sing.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

One more time.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

Today,

I'm grateful for low energy,

As I feel.

It lets me know that there's something going on.

It's one of those indicators in the body.

It might be rest,

It might be stress.

But what it is,

Is my body giving me an invitation to slow down.

And really feel into what's going on.

And so I'm grateful for those indicators that my body gives me.

We all have them.

We tend to ignore them and push through and not be grateful for the signals and things that our body tells us.

But today I invite you to just embrace whatever it is that your body is telling you.

And maybe sing to it.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

It's so easy for us to ignore our body and the signals it gives us.

Whether we're frustrated or tired or low energy.

Sometimes we make it wrong.

Oh,

I shouldn't feel that way.

And I invite you to just know that it's a deeper wisdom that we're not always conscious of.

And find a way to just be in touch and be grateful and sing.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

As always,

I'm grateful for your willing heart and for you being here today.

Thank you.
