I'm Jared Wessler and this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes and I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here to lead us.
So before we begin,
Let's start with taking one giant breath,
Biggest breath of the day.
All right,
Here we go.
Big breath.
Now hold it at the top just for a moment and then let it out with a shake out anything that might be feeling a little tight.
I love the way a big breath feels.

Why gratitude you may ask?
Well,
Life is about where your focus is,
At least it is for me.
My whole life I've had a tendency to focus on what's wrong,
What doesn't feel right,
What isn't working out.
And it keeps me from focusing on things that are good in my life,
The things that are working.
So I use gratitude as a way to really focus my energy on the way I want things to be,
The way I like things to be,
Not from a place of lack.
Even if it's as simple as,
Wow,
I'm grateful for the next breath.
And so I sing.

So gratitude is an attitude,
As they say.
And I'd rather be grateful than miserable.
And that's what I'm working on.
And that's why I'm bringing these to the world.
And I hope it will spread and that it spreads into your life.
And that you find something that you're grateful for today and sing to it.
