Hello,
I'm Jared Wessler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
That's why I'm here to guide us in some.
But before we get going,
Let's take one giant cleansing breath that we hold at the top.
Okay,
Here we go.
Big breath.
Biggest breath of the day.
And hold it.
And let it out with a.
.
.
Shake out anything that feels tight.
I love the way a good breath feels.
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing our chorus.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Today,
I am grateful for the simple pleasures in life.
The things that we tend to overlook.
Like that first glass of water in the morning that I need.
A hot cup of coffee,
A hot cup of tea.
Time with a good book.
A few moments of silence where we just sit and be for a moment.
All the things that get us distracted and take away the look at these simple pleasures that we have.
It's something I'm trying to see past today and be grateful for them.
Because I love my morning coffee.
I love a good book.
I love a good song.
And to them,
I say.
.
.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
So take a moment today and be grateful for the simple things in life.
The things that we take for granted.
A hot shower,
A cold shower if you're into that.
That cup of coffee,
That cup of tea.
That song that comes on when we're headed to work.
These are all beautiful things.
And to them,
We sing.
.
.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One last time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
As always,
I am grateful for your willing heart and for you being here today.
Thank you.
