Happy InBulk and welcome to your Breed or St.
Bridget meditation.
This meditation can really be done any time of the year,
But this is the sacred time that St.
Bridget has her holiday.
And also it's the time when we feel kind of in the dark of winter and we need a little fire and a little light.
I suggest sitting or lying down in a comfortable position and having a quiet place where we can really connect and meet Breed.
I hope you are in a quiet and comfortable place.
I'm going to invite you to take some deep balloon breaths.
So we're going to fill our belly up with air.
Let it go.
I want you to start to get comfortable.
Start to release whatever's happened to you in the day.
Try to let go of whatever you still have to do for the rest of the day.
Start to really be here,
Be present,
Taking some deep belly breaths.
Really being here in the present moment,
Being open to this experience.
And I'm going to invite you to close your eyes now.
Take some deep belly breaths.
If thoughts are overwhelming and your body hurts,
You might want to pause the video.
Make some changes and come back.
Once you're ready,
We're going to settle in.
We're going to get comfortable.
If you are spiritual and you would like to say some prayers and invite in your guides or angels or your spirit animal that you met last month to help guide you,
You may do so at this time.
If not,
You don't have to.
Take some deep breaths.
Start to relax.
You are safe.
Reed is just an ascended master,
A goddess of old,
A saint,
An aspect of the divine.
Nothing intimidating and nothing to be afraid of.
I want you to visualize yourself in a temple.
And that is whatever it means to you,
Can be one you've actually been to,
Could be an ancient temple,
Could be a made up temple,
Could be underground in the clouds in an actual place.
I'm going to give you some time to breathe deeply and see yourself in this temple.
Is your temple open sky?
Does it have a ceiling?
What do the floors look like?
Are there columns?
Really look around,
Try to visualize this temple.
The temple is just a sacred space.
So whatever that means to you.
And in the middle of this temple is a pedestal.
It's very beautiful.
It's very sturdy.
And on top of that is a bowl.
And there's a flame burning.
And you're not quite sure how it's burning.
There's no candle.
It just seems to burn on its own,
Always.
And you may approach the flame and notice it.
You can notice whatever color you see.
Go ahead and look into the flame.
Know that it is safe.
And that it mirrors the flame inside of you.
You are a light.
While you're setting the flame,
Someone approaches you.
And it is Breed.
She is beautiful and smiling at you with loving eyes.
She's happy to invite you into her temple,
Her sacred space.
If you'd like to say something to her now,
A thank you or an offering,
I will give you the time to do so.
Say your own words.
And then I'd like to add my words.
So either repeat after me in your head or aloud.
Thank you,
Breed,
St.
Bridget,
Survivor,
Thank you for showing me my eternal flame,
My light,
And for guiding me to follow my own light.
Breed reaches into the cauldron,
The bowl of flames.
She scoops one flame out.
And puts it right between your eyes,
A little above where your third eye would be,
The center of intuition and guidance.
She places a flame there.
It doesn't hurt.
It doesn't burn.
It just cleanses and lights that area up.
Then she scoops another flame.
And she places it in the middle of your chest,
Your heart center,
Lighting up that heart chakra where your knowing is,
Your wisdom,
Your emotion.
And then she takes one more flame.
And she places it in your solar plexus,
Between your ribs and your belly button.
She lights that flame,
Your place of power,
Your place of strength.
Take a breath.
Breathe into those flames.
And I'll be quiet a moment in case Breed has any messages for you.
Now we're going to thank Breed for lighting our fires once again.
Thank you,
Breed,
For lighting my fires.
If you would like to bow in the temple before you leave,
You may.
Now we're going to start coming back into your body,
Taking some deep breaths,
Moving your fingers and toes,
Coming back into the room,
Slowly opening your eyes.
The purpose of this meditation is to help relight your passion and your fire.
In the middle of winter,
It can feel like spring's never going to come.
And a lot of the reflection and a lot of the internal work we do in the winter can really weigh us down at this point.
So we turn to the fire,
We turn to the blaze to light us up and to remind us of our inner light,
Our inner strength,
And our inner life.
I really highly suggest writing down all and any of this experience in a journal.
And if you enjoy working with Breed,
You can return to that temple anytime you want.
