Classroom Reset For Teenagers
As a former educator, Jenny designed this practice for the secondary classroom. This mediation can be used at the beginning of a class to focus the students, at the end to wind them down or in the middle as a break. This practice is great before testing, as well. This will work well for homeschool too.
