This meditation is designed to be done outdoors, either while sitting or in movement (although you could also do it in your imagination). Keeping your eyes open, you are invited to slow down your pace; switch from the mind chatter channel to an open, expanded state; and experience your surroundings with all your senses. Note: There is no music, so you can be more fully immersed in nature's soundtrack.

Hi,

This is Jenny Braav of Radiant Fullness Healing,

And this is an outdoor guided meditation that you can do either while sitting outside or while walking.

Although if you're walking,

I invite you to slow your pace to match the rhythm that is all around you,

The rhythm of the meditation.

And whether you're sitting or in movement,

This is a good one to do with your eyes open.

Although you can soften your gaze if you wish to.

I invite you to take slow,

Deep breaths.

On the in-breath,

Fill your lungs with nice,

Fresh oxygen from the trees.

With each out-breath,

Release any old stagnant energy that no longer serves.

Imagine that you are starting to sink your breath to the rhythm of the earth,

The trees,

And or any other element that is calling to you.

Starting to switch channels from the busy mind chatter,

Lists,

Past and future thinking,

To an expansive place of flow,

Ease,

Connection,

Groundedness,

Interconnection.

If you are walking or in movement,

You can also sink your steps,

Your movement to this ancient primordial rhythm.

Filling your lungs,

Your nose,

Noticing any natural smells.

Perhaps there's the scent of grass or flowers,

Ocean air,

A specific tree.

Allow your sense of smell to awaken the part of you that knows what this is in a visceral way that bypasses your cognitive brain.

Notice what colors are surrounding you.

Sense,

Feel,

Or imagine that you are bathing your eyes in these colors.

Notice how your body and nervous system respond to the different colors.

Allow them to wash over you,

To reset your entire system back into the natural flow of the universe.

Feeling the illusion of separation start to dissolve,

Even if it's just ever so slightly.

Notice any sounds you're able to hear.

If the universe was whispering a message to you through these sounds,

What might it be wanting to transmit?

This might come as a words or an inner knowing,

An image,

A sound,

An emotion or physical sensation.

Trust whatever comes to you.

And if it isn't clear,

Just notice how it feels to be here in this moment.

And with each step and or breath,

Allow the feeling or transmission to spread throughout your body,

Into your limbs,

Your muscles,

Your bones,

Even to the bone marrow.

Spreading into your limbs and tissues.

Imprinting on a cellular level.

Spreading throughout your entire body until it lights up your skin,

Radiates out all around you,

Creating a nice,

Beautiful,

Protective energy field that is resonating with this rhythm,

The transmission,

The elements,

The landscape that is all around you.

As you do,

Perhaps feeling parts that might have been buried under the day to day experience of being a human in the physical world,

Start to reawaken the part of you that is connected to infinite space,

To the all of everything,

To a higher knowing,

A deeper purpose,

To inner wisdom.

With each breath,

Allowing yourself,

Inviting yourself to open,

To allow,

To welcome,

To become,

To unfold,

To return to your true self.

And taking your time to let this integrate.

If you want to stay outside a little longer,

Inviting yourself to integrate this feeling with each breath so that it lands a little bit more so that you can carry it with you for the rest of your time outside and also into the transition back into the inside world of home,

Humans doing whatever awaits you.

Knowing that the separation is just an illusion.
