It was love at first sweat as soon as Jen stepped on the mat for a Bikram Yoga class in 2004. While she first got into the practice as a way to destress from her corporate job, yoga soon evolved into a holistic discipline and way of life. It was a grounding and healing force as she struggled with her mental health. This led her to become a yoga teacher, in the hopes of guiding others in their own transformative journeys, and to have them leave the mat feeling strong, empowered, and beautiful.
