Jennifer Anderson

Jennifer is a certified yoga therapist and certified iRest meditation teacher. She has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009, while also working as an executive coach and change leadership consultant, advising leaders as they navigate complex organizational change. Jennifer's mission is to strengthen and expand the human capacity to thrive. She specializes in pain care, mental and emotional well-being, and cultivating resilience. Her work is trauma-informed, heart-centered, embodied, and accessible. In addition to group classes and private yoga therapy sessions, she offers workshops and speaking engagements, tailored to a specific group or need.
