Be sure to get comfortable wherever you are.
So you're welcome to sit down or lie down,
Whether it be on your back or on your side.
Just ensure that you're not going to fall asleep.
And for this meditation,
We're going to be working on healing and healing and letting go of anything that we may be holding onto still.
Letting go of any past traumas or any wounds that still reside inside of us.
We'll be taking this time to watch these wounds very simply and effortlessly disappear.
So that we're completely emptying ourselves out so that we have space to fill ourselves up again.
And become more fulfilled every single day in the life that we're in right now.
So ensure that you are in a very comfortable shape and you're welcome to move throughout the meditation if you need to scratch yourself or adjust your position because you found yourself in a bit of discomfort.
No worries at all.
And allow your eyes to close.
Allow yourself to become aware of the darkness that you may be seeing behind your eyelids.
Or that slightly red or golden color that you may be seeing behind your eyelids.
And even allow that gaze to soften so that there's no strain whatsoever.
And for the purpose of this practice,
It's not really necessary to pinpoint exactly what the wounds are that we're releasing.
However it may be useful to journal about this afterwards.
So to begin let's just settle down with some deep breaths.
Taking full inhales and complete exhales.
Noticing that every exhale you take your body relaxes a little bit deeper.
Taking a couple more deep breaths at your own time.
Noticing that release of tension that comes along with the exhale.
And trauma can often be housed inside the body.
So in order to pull it out today we're going to notice the parts of the body that may be holding some more tension than the other parts.
So just scanning the body whether it be from head to toe or randomly.
And just noticing the parts of the physical body that are feeling a little bit constricted.
And just noticing them moving on to other parts of the body simply observing where you're at.
And some days you may feel a bit more relaxed in most of the body.
In other days you may feel a sense of tension throughout the body.
And just begin to pick each part of the body one by one.
Allowing that tense part of the body to look like a gray or dark cloud.
So let's say you have a particular space in the lower back that feels quite tense or in the shoulders or the throat.
And imagine that this space becomes a gray or dark cloud.
And allow yourself to really feel the emotions that come along with this.
And lean into your edge a little bit.
Allow some emotions to arise.
Allow some anger or frustration or sadness or fear to arise.
Just being with nothing but the feeling inside the body and the emotion that is arising.
Maybe you notice that this cloud becomes a little bit more dense or a little bit darker.
And allowing it to expand and become bigger.
Leaning into your edge of discomfort.
And you're welcome to pause this meditation and stay here as long as you'd like.
Or watch this dark or gray cloud lift up slowly outside of your body,
Releasing any tension,
Any contraction or constriction in that part of the body.
Watch it lift up into the sky,
Into the ether,
And evaporate into nothing but stardust.
And really ensuring that you're picking up every little piece of this cloud.
And once the cloud has completely left the body and has dissipated into nothingness,
Notice that feeling of openness,
Of expansion,
Of readiness for the new inside that particular part of the body.
And allow this open space to become an entry point for greater love,
Greater joy,
More fulfillment.
And watch as this love,
Joy,
And fulfillment,
And light,
And abundance,
And beauty,
And creativity,
And whatever else it is that you want to be calling in.
Watching that come from the ether,
Come from the space all around us,
And enter through that new entry point.
And watching it come in so deliciously.
Maybe it's in a form of light.
Maybe it's a really beautiful bright green.
Maybe you're visualizing some parts of nature enter this part of the body,
Whatever feels fulfilling and with love.
Whatever feels with gratitude.
And watch this fill this part of the body.
And noticing that air of fulfillment,
That air of love that you feel as you breathe in and know,
Especially in that space that we've just emptied and now filled up again.
And taking some deep,
Strong,
Delicious breaths.
And if you have more wounds that are being honed throughout the body,
Feel free to repeat this meditation as many times as you need before feeling completely ready to move on with your creative,
Loving,
Abundant,
Fulfilled day.
And whenever you feel ready,
Taking your time,
Bringing your awareness back into the space that you're in now,
And slowly opening your eyes.
And I hope you enjoy this new life.
