Jelena is a yoga teacher. She started to practice yoga in her twenties. After experiencing the benefits of yoga which has been a huge help with dealing with anxiety and stress, she wants to share her knowledge and help people struggling with stress, anxiety and self-love to find peace in everyday life. Her yoga classes are a combination of gentle hatha with vinyasa elements, and yoga nidra to help students to find balance and calm, and emotional release.
