This meditation is designed to assist us with motivation,
Mental clarity,
And healing while you sleep,
Letting your subconscious take in the suggestions that will lead to positive change.
Therefore,
It should not be listened to while driving or when you need to remain alert.
To begin,
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
A position that will help bring you relaxation and help you shed off the weight of the day.
Yes,
Leave the day behind you.
It is time for peace and comfort.
Notice the softness of your bed.
Wiggle around and settle into your cozy bed.
Adjusting your pillow,
Blanket,
Or sheet to ensure you are warm,
Comfortable,
And cozy.
Begin by taking a short quick breath in through your nose and hold at the top before you exhale.
Now exhale slowly through pursed lips,
Like blowing up a balloon or blowing through a straw,
And exhale any tension of the day.
Again,
Take another quick deep breath of fresh new air into your lungs and into your belly.
Slowly,
Hold again.
Exhale,
Releasing worry from the day.
Once more,
Take another short deep breath and slowly release into complete stillness and relaxation.
Now come back to your regular breath and relax.
Relax and gently release your thoughts.
And if thoughts arise,
As they will,
Simply return to your own breath,
Acknowledge them,
And let them go.
Let go of what you no longer need.
Let go.
Ease yourself into a peaceful stillness.
At this moment,
Invite relaxation to enter into the top of your head,
Around the crown,
Around the crown,
The forehead.
Relax your eyes,
And you can close them as they become heavy and relaxed.
Relax the cheeks,
The temples,
Ears,
Nose,
Mouth,
And chin.
Relax your jaw,
A calming,
Soothing relaxation that increases with each breath.
Now welcome the deep relaxation into your neck,
Shoulders,
Down the arms,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Soothing the hands down to the tips of your fingers and thumbs.
Softening with each breath your chest,
Stomach,
Your whole back,
From the top of your spine to your tailbone,
Gently filling with tranquil relaxation.
Carry this feeling of peace into your midsection,
Down the legs,
The knees,
Soothing the calves,
Ankles,
And feet down to the tips of your toes.
And let your whole body relax.
Lie here feeling your own natural breath and welcome restful sleep.
Sleep.
Tonight you will sleep soundly,
Although your subconscious will take in these suggestions.
When you wake up you'll be well rested,
Have an extra bounce in your step,
And more motivation.
You will have more mental clarity and self-direction.
Rest comfortably now in a deep sleep that will be refreshing.
Know that anything in your body that does not function correctly will begin to heal.
Your mind and body has the ability to heal itself.
Every cell in your body will be energized with the power of healing.
Imagine if you will,
On a sunny day,
Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and on your body.
A pleasant warmth of refreshing relaxation.
Visualize the light of the sun enter into your heart and that light begins to grow and move outward from the heart with each beat,
Moving through your veins,
To your chest,
Your stomach,
Your midsection,
Up to your neck,
Your legs,
Your head,
And your feet as you feel the warm light of the sun through your whole body.
Your whole body healing and refreshing every cell of your body within the glowing radiance of the sun.
When you wake at your regular waking time you will find yourself more refreshed,
More motivated,
More motivated,
Clear,
And focused with physical energy.
And if you find yourself unmotivated or unfocused throughout the day,
Take a quick breath through your nose,
Holding gently,
And slowly release through your pursed lips and find your motivation and focus.
Because your body healing itself has also provided you with extra energy and motivation.
The motivation will not only be physical,
But it will be mental.
Your mental focus and clarity will be heightened to an extent where decisions are made quickly and easily.
Energy will come to you easily.
Clarity will come easily.
And know that your body has begun to heal itself.

Yes you,
Have begun to heal yourself.
Relax now and rest now as you feel the warm glow of the sun in your body.
The healing glow of the sun throughout your body and go deeper and deeper into sleep.
Let your mind and body completely rest free of thought and discomfort.
When you wake at your regular waking time,
You will feel energized and motivated.
And that motivation will continue throughout the day.
You will have energy,
Clarity,
And motivation that will carry you through your regular bedtime.
This motivation and energy can be called upon at any time.
This clarity and focus can be called upon at any time.
This power is within you.
And you can draw it up as if drawing water from a well.
Bringing this motivation,
Clarity,
And energy to you.
But all the while it is from within you.
Now is the time for deep sleep,
Relaxation,
And healing.
If your mind has wandered,
Let it go.
Just let it go.
I'm going to count from 10 to 1.
With each step I want you to go into a deeper,
Deeper sleep.
When I reach 1,
You'll be in a very deep sleep.
And your body will be in the process of healing and storing all this energy,
Clarity,
And motivation for you to use at your command.
