I am so excited you have joined me today.
Hi,
I'm Jeff Bosworth,
Seeking to bring a more positive and peaceful world to each individual.
These affirmations can be used at any time that you need to be inspired,
Gain focus,
And become centered.
I do ask while driving you stay alert and present to your surroundings.
Today we are going to speak to the forefront of our minds,
Our consciousness.
Don't feel the need to absorb everything.
Take moments of enlightenment and remember them.
Yes,
Remember them.
Sometimes that's simply all it takes to manifest a better life is to identify a moment of clarity and act upon it,
Not let it slip away.
I've written many songs over the years that have chronicled my journey.
At times I would place the same phrase over and over to drive the point home for me to acknowledge what I was saying.
Quite simply,
To remember.
To remember that the definition of insanity was making the same bad decisions and expecting different results.
I am glowing in the optimism that you take at least one thing from these affirmations and come back to gain more wondrous benefits like I have gratefully received from many of the teachers on Insight Timer on our shared journey to simply be better.
Now with a smile on your face and love in your heart,
Repeat these words out loud or in your own mind.
I seek enlightenment.
I am grateful for the people I have in my life.
I show gratitude to the people in my life.
Abundance is not just a monetary concept.
It is an overall quality of life.
I am enough.
I will make better food choices to nourish my body.
I will release negative thoughts.
I love myself.
I will journal or create lists that help me achieve my goals.
I am moving in the right direction.
I will remember to breathe when I feel stressed.
I will avoid negativity.
I will feel compassion and empathy for others.
I will show love for the ones I love.
I will appreciate.
I am grateful to have the necessities that sustain my life.
I see each day as a gift.
I will remove what no longer serves me.
I am strong.
I matter.
I am loved.
I will laugh today and I certainly will smile today.
I choose to be kind to others.
I will recognize when others are attempting to manipulate me.
I also will not manipulate others.
I steer clear of negative people.
I will be the light,
And my light will shine.
Positivity is my way of life.
I avoid negative news programming.
I will inspire others.
I will care for others.
I learn and have learned from my mistakes.
I see failure as a step toward perfection.
I will accept abundance.
I control my emotions.
They do not control me.
I am creative.
I awaken with motivation every day.
I am constantly growing and evolving into a better person.
I can be whatever I choose to be.
I am powerful.
I am getting better and better every day.
I refrain from mind-numbing chemicals and excessive alcohol.
I choose to keep my mind clear and focused.
Helping others enriches my life.
I am thankful for the abundance in my life.
I will practice healthy exercises to care for my body.
Meditation brings me clarity and focus.
I avoid political and divisive religious discussions,
Simply because I seek to unite people,
Not separate them.
I have the ability to separate logic from emotion.
Bad times will pass,
And good times will come again.
I cherish those I love and show them often.
Not everyone's story is the same,
So I avoid judgment.
Gossip is harmful and hurtful.
I choose to do no harm.
I think before speaking harmful words.
I get enough sleep and sleep comfortably.
I practice yoga to keep my body healthy and in shape.
Challenges create a chance to grow.
Reaching even the smallest goals gives me satisfaction.
If I'm having a bad day,
I can reset and start fresh again.
I dismiss negative thoughts.
Life is precious.
I let go of fear.
I am full of hope.
I am thankful to be here and now.
Every day I am alive is a gift.
Today will be a good day.
Now go make this a great day.
I hope that you benefited from the use of this practice.
I am thankful that you joined me today and wish you the best,
Brightest day you can have.
Visit me again my friend.
Namaste.
