Wide awake,

Much earlier than you should.

Your mind is agitated or trying to solve the world's problems.

Hi,

It's Jeff.

Let's get you back to sleep.

Softly adjust your body into a comfortable position.

Find a place of physical relaxation and comfort.

Gently close your eyes and focus your closed eyes on the middle of your forehead.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale while visualizing your point of focus as a blue sky.

Soften your breathing.

Your thoughts are merely clouds against the blue sky.

You see them just floating by,

Not studying them,

Analyzing them,

Just drifting past.

Relax your inner focus now.

If a thought arises and doesn't float past,

Imagine taking your right hand and sliding from left to right,

Effectively moving that thought or vision away.

Give it a try on the next thought that arises.

See it as a cloud against the blue sky and swipe it away.

Relax.

Clear your mind.

Be in this moment.

Gently breathe,

Relax.

Back to sleep.

Let your thoughts drift away,

Floating past you,

Visually sliding the stubborn thoughts away.

Visualize a gentle relaxation on your forehead,

Soothing the temples.

Release any tension in your jaw.

Swallowing allows you to let go of anything you may be clinging on to.

Imagine sliding any distractions away.

Comfortable breaths,

Drifting,

Back to sleep.

Continue the warm,

Gentle relaxation,

Blowing down your neck,

Expanding through your shoulders and chest.

Bask in the coziness as it expands through your lower abdomen,

Gently moving down your legs,

Knees,

And your feet.

Feel this comfort and relaxation throughout your whole body,

Only being in this moment.

Relaxing your mind and finding your way back to sleep.
