Good morning Child of Light,
It's a bright,
Beautiful morning.
This can be listened to while in bed,

Or whatever makes you feel good.
Today is a gift,
Another glorious day of life.
Allow yourself to feel gratitude for this gift.
This morning,
Your mind is clear and uncluttered.
We are given a fresh start every day,
So take this moment to make it a great one.
The sunrise,
Whether through the clouds or brilliantly beaming glorious rays through your windows,
Invites you to gently wake.
Feeling more alert,
Yet calm and peaceful.
Filling yourself with mindfulness and clarity.
Open your eyes a little wider,
Stretch your fingers,
And flex your toes.
Think about how you want this day to be,
A calm,
Peaceful day,
Or perhaps a productive one.
Visually,
Create a positive intention,
One that you can come back to throughout the day.
Fill this intention with love.
Now,
Bring this intention alive through your voice by taking a breath in and saying it aloud while releasing all the air from your lungs.
Let's get some oxygen into your brain by making our inhales slightly longer than our exhales.
