There is a space inside your being that is known as the heart.
And when you have pure feelings for other people in your heart,
When you have love and openness towards others,
The heart is a place of illumination.
When the heart is filled with truth and pure feelings,
You feel a sense of joy,
Of lightness,
And of life.
And it is as if you have no burdens.
You're able to be carefree.
But when you hold any type of grudge or resentment,
That resentment becomes a cage that keeps you from your own goodness.
Now I invite you to go ahead and close your eyes or just downshift your gaze if that feels more comfortable.
Allow yourself to move into a space of stillness.
Take some deep,
Comfortable breaths into the belly.
Inhaling through the nostrils for a count of five.
And exhaling through the mouth for a count of five.
Now feel the hurt,
Abandonment,
And betrayal you have inflicted on others.
Feel the emotions arise.
And to the extent that you're ready,
Release the burden of that suffering.
For the healing and the well-being of yourself and everyone on this planet,
Ask for forgiveness by that person or people.
May your hurt,
Sorrow,
And troubles be reduced by this forgiveness.
Now feel the hurt,
Abandonment,
And betrayal you have inflicted on yourself.
Feel the emotions arise.
To the extent that you're ready,
Release the burden of that suffering.
For the healing and the well-being of yourself and everyone on this planet,
Forgive yourself for that hurt,
Abandonment,
And betrayal.
May I be ready to accept this and forgive myself.
Next,
Feel the hurt,
Abandonment,
And betrayal someone else has inflicted on you.
Feel the emotions arise.
And to the extent that you're ready,
Release the weight that you carry.
For the healing and well-being of yourself and everyone on this planet,
Let your heart forgive this person or people.

And troubles be reduced by this forgiveness.

Let your heart move in the direction of forgiveness.
