Observe your breath.
Take deep,
Comfortable breaths.
You are slowly moving towards the latent stillness of BE.
The peace that arises out of your stillness is also your power.
In this awareness of IS-ness,
The self knows the self as it really is,
As nothing and no one.
This nothingness can be uncomfortable,
But it is only uncomfortable as long as it remains as a thought or an idea in your mind.
As soon as you restore the actuality of your inner space,
Rediscover the reality of yourself,
Of your being,
And notice that there is no one and no thing here except pure awareness itself.
That is when all discomfort dissolves.
In that awareness,
You may notice there is not only the deepest peace,
But also the presence of an energy that seems to permeate and connect everything in here.
Sometimes we call that energy love.
You may at some unexpected moment experience a glimpse during these meditations.
Sometimes see it in your quiet moments of reflection that the presence of love is everything.
