Whether you are a woman or a man or something in between,
Something indescribable,
We all have feminine aspects and masculine ways.
Often times one or the other seems dominant.
And what we've seen is that for many,
Many years,
Generations,
Eons it seems,
The feminine has gone down under the suppression of a masculine domain.
And it has lost its primary wildness,
Its earthy dominion and instinctual heritage has vanished.
It has been chained,
The feminine.
It has been gagged,
Caged,
Domesticated.
The wild feminine has been domesticated and subjected to an authority that feared it and stole the majesty of its domain.
So let's explore and invite it to emerge again and again.
Find yourself in a comfortable seat,
Sit erect,
But no need to be rigid with a feminine.
Instead invite the natural fluidity that lives in your spine to pulse or gently move like a tiny,
Almost imperceptible wave of energy.
Now allow your breath to gather your attention.
No need to breathe differently.
Simply put some focus there.
Pull your chin down just a bit.
And now imagine that you have a tail or roots perhaps that are emerging from your tailbone and sinking deeply into earth.
They're nosing their way into soil and through other root systems and around rocks,
Finding their own way deeply into engagement with the mother.
You are grounded now,
Naturally connected with earth mama.
Breathing in and maybe a bit more fully for a few breaths,
Expand in your lungs that are hugging your heart with each in-breath.
And hold it there for just a few seconds at the top of the breath and then with the exhale,
Just letting go.
Really letting your body,
Your muscles relax.
Sink.
Allow gravity,
Our erotic intelligence to pull us into even deeper relationship with earth.
The feminine is in natural coherence with earth.
You may adhere to the feminine qualities that are of earth allowing her to guide you into the feminine way of you,
Unique to you alone.
Still breathing,
Letting go again and again,
Feeling your connection to earth,
Your roots and tail,
Yourself as a unifying vessel of masculine and feminine,
Pulling in the vastness of sky and space,
The intangible through the mental masculine genius into a deep stillness of the feminine matter or mother.
I invite you now to enter the stillness inside.
Imagine,
If you will,
A deep,
Dark,
Still lake within.
Perhaps the image seems to be in a canyon or a cave or somewhere deep in earth,
Deep in our earthen bodies.
It is absolutely silent there,
But for occasional droplets of water.
You are floating on the lake and you are completely comfortable in temperature and buoyancy.
There is nothing to fear here.
You are completely held.
You are opening your body to receive,
Your intuitive,
Instinctual body,
Opening your heart and mind to receive,
And you are aware that much is available to you.
Images stream into you and your heart opens further as you begin to remember a faded destiny.
Your heart expounds with a knowledge that is an absolute connection to creating and protecting life.
Your heartbeat has become louder now and it is filling the space.
It is unifying your rhythm with earth rhythm and you feel yourself inextricably connected to a love that is more encompassing and trustworthy than any you have ever felt before.
Allow that love.
Receive this wisdom.
It is yours.
This is your feminine essence beginning to emerge now.
Trust this.
Trust the waves.
This one of you that has access to all that is in favor of life,
That is inclusive and relational,
That embraces the family,
That is far beyond the visible,
Far beyond the human,
Far beyond our mental understanding.
You have access here.
Embrace the mystery that is embedded within the feminine of you.
You are woven in and from it and it is our task and our endowment to open to it,
To carry it forward,
To allow it to stream effortlessly through us.
We are vessels of earth intelligence.
We are vessels for divine love.
And we must listen.
And we must pause.
And we must stop long enough so that we can hear what is constantly pumping in our hearts and minds and whispering in our ears.
Breathe in the images and visions that are arriving now in you.
Let your heart metabolize these and direct you towards a way of being that nourishes yourself and the world around you.
The feminine is the heart of the world.
Let it resound in you.
Open your voice to her,
Your body,
Your mind.
Liberate yourself and take your place within this legacy that is ours.
This line that runs through all things wise and wonderful.
See her.
Rise up.
It is the time when the feminine must free itself.
We must unbind her to take her place again in union and balance,
Sacred union and balance with the masculine,
Complete in wisdom only unto one another.
Breathe now,
Attending to your inhale.
Relaxing on the exhale.
Feel the release of the exhale.
Feel the untethering of your bindings.
Chains are loosening and falling off.
The vice on your throat and jaws is slowly coming to slack.
Uncage the feminine within you.
Take the handcuffs off.
Feel the opening now.
Can you let it release?
Can you feel it releasing?
Can you say yes?
Can you invite her forward in you?
Make space for her.
Trust her.
Even after generations of oppression,
Fear,
Disbelief.
We are the feminine.
We are of Earth.
We protect and generate life on Earth.
I am the feminine grace and wisdom.
I receive and sanction the flow to move through me and onward with compassion and trust.
I am spiraling downward now deeper in even as I enable the rising of her courageous wisdom to meet and embrace and lead in the world.
My roots are deep and essential.
I am in touch with the quathonic ways of Earth and support my roots are in the micro risal network.
I absorb the majesty and direction of the many for the many.
Say yes.
This is our inheritance.
Our greatness,
Our life.
The feminine chalice receives.
The masculine takes action in favor of life.
Again,
Breathing and feeling your roots.
Feeling the in breath and the exhale as you attend to letting go.
And the expansion now the feminine swelling taking its place inside of you.
Say yes.
Open.
Feel your body.
The pulse of Earth within your spine.
Wiggle your toes as if into soil.
Move your fingers as if reaching out to hold the hands of others.
Breathe your way into allowing the light to enter you as you slowly open your eyes and receive its calling.
Simply say yes.
