The third eye chakra, located between the eyebrows, governs intuition, inner wisdom, and perception. By meditating with the light element, you may visualise a radiant beam or soft glow illuminating the space behind the forehead. This light represents clarity and expanded awareness, helping to dissolve mental fog and sharpen intuition. Through this practice, you can access deeper insights, enhance your ability to see beyond illusions and cultivate a clearer, more focused vision for your path forward.

Welcome to this guided practice connecting you to your third eye chakra with the support of the light element. The third eye chakra is positioned at the center of your brow. As we begin, Make sure you find yourself in a comfortable position, Either seated or lying down. Begin to gently move your body as it relaxes into position. Let any busy thoughts or tension slowly fade away. Invite your breath to slow down and soften. Let it find a gentle steady rhythm. Invite your shoulders, Neck and head to relax. Then allow your eyes, Ears, Jaw and scalp to relax. Bring your awareness to the center of your brow. Imagine a door at the center of your brow. If it helps, Imagine the size, Shape and color of the door. Give yourself permission to open and step through the doorway into the room of your inner sight. As you enter, Notice a light switch. As you turn on this light switch, Your third eye illuminates the insights and visions that are ready to be shared. If you would like more clarity, Ask the light to shine a spotlight on the vision or insight that is ready to be shared for your highest good. Just be open to communicating and receiving in a way that works for you, Knowing that you may receive information through imagery, Words, Short phrases, Or maybe you just have a knowing and a feeling of what is needing to be illuminated at this moment. If no insights or visions are illuminated, Don't force anything. Just allow the light to shine in this space. Continue to relax the breath and the body as you connect to this light in the center of your brow. Continue to be open to receiving and allow this light to hold you. When you feel ready, Sit directly under the light being shone in this space. Enjoy basking in this light, For it is your light. Let it radiate out in all directions through the center of your brow. This light clears the way for clarity, Insight and unfolding vision. Continue to allow that light to radiate out in all directions. You may even sense the light radiating further through your body. Just allowing yourself to bask and be in this light. You may choose to stay here for a little longer. When you feel ready and in your own time, You may exit through the door. Take a full and expansive breath and then sigh that breath out through the mouth. Slowly bring some gentle movement to your body. Remember that you can turn on this light anytime. You have the power to do so.
