Reiki Infused Heart Expansion Meditation

This Reiki heart expansion meditation is infused with Reiki energy for all to receive. You do not have to be trained in Reiki to enjoy this practice. If you are trained in Reiki, it is a great opportunity to open a channel and practice self-Reiki.

This heart expansion meditation carries the frequency of Reiki which is unconditional love and reminds you to connect with your own brilliant light self. The process works with your light by inviting it to expand from the heart through layers of your physical and energy bodies and beyond.
